It’s been a tough time with COVID but I reached out for a deep clean and disinfecting service and they came through. We are getting a bid for regular service and they offer a lot more than just cleaning like our last contractor. Response time from management is what I expect. Highly recommend.

Had Cappstone out to bid our office deep clean for our Pre-opening. Michael was quick to respond and explain everything I needed to do that I would need to welcome back employees to our building. They had a complete program and things that I hadn’t thought of. He was even able to source plexiglass dividers to protect our front desk from visitors. Very happy and highly recommend.

Just had the best experience opening our office. Our old company wasn’t that great so time for a change and Michael and his Cappstone team deep cleaned and got everything cleaned up and moved some furniture around and will now be cleaning our space 2x/week until we full repopulate and then will bump the service to 5x. So glad to have found them.

We had a GREAT experience with Cappstone! They were super responsive - the rep came out to give me a quote the same week I inquired about their services. The quality was great. Let me tell you, our offices are OLD and probably never deep cleaned. Cappstone was able to get us to a normal cleanliness level after just one cleaning, and I didn't see anything really missed. I thought the value was good too. I will definitely keep them in mind for annual cleaning at our annexes.
