Excellent service and with transparent and reasonable pricing. My sink was clogged, but thankfully the garbage disposal could be reset and unjammed manually. Will reach out to Fast Response Plumbing again if I ever need to, highly recommended!

As always, Fast Response Plumbing showed up when they said they would and dealt with everything professionally. David came out this time. We had several things for him to tend to: a) replace faucet in kitchen with a new pull-down faucet we had purchased and cap the old sprayer hole, b) replace the wall-connected faucet we have downstairs with one we had purchased, c) for the wall-connected faucet downstairs, install turn-off valves so that if there's a problem with that faucet in the future, we don't have to turn off water to the entire house, d) snake the moderately clogged bathroom sink. He worked methodically, efficiently, and quickly. I had forgotten to move out everything under the kitchen sink. David moved everything out and put it all back in. I figured I'd have to rearrange everything to put it back in its place. But no! David had somehow put everything right back in the same exact spot. Unclogging the old bathroom sink with its old pipes proved to be a little more difficult than anticipated, but David stuck with it and finally got it unclogged. And at all 4 places David had been in our house, he had cleaned up behind himself, which is very much appreciated! And, David communicated well, was very friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Thanks David! Yet another job done by Fast Response Plumbing that we're happy with!

I was so happy with the service from start to finish. I called, and someone was able to come out within 20 minutes! The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price. From the receptionist on the phone to the plumber who came out, everyone was friendly, professional, honest and efficient! I had someone from another company come out the day before that tried to charge triple the price, so it was refreshing to work with an honest company!

Fast Response Plumbing is fast! I called about a dripping shower and they showed up the next day. The tech gave us several options for repair/replacement of the valves and was able to complete the repair right away. Good service.

Fast Response Plumbing recently took care of some long-standing issues in our rental. What appeared to be minor issues to us were more serious than we had anticipated, and we ended up having the faucet in our bathroom sink and our toilet replaced. Fast Response diagnosed the issues, provided the new equipment very quickly, and were able to finish the entire job by the following day. They were on time, they notified us every step of the way, they were quite pleasant, and they did a terrific job overall. I intend to use them exclusively in the future, and I give them my highest recommendation.

I’ve used Fast Response for jobs big and small for years and they’ve always been prompt, professional and courteous This time they relocated a gas line hookup for a new range installation, and although it turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, they honored their original quote. the check I mailed them got lost, and they were very patient in working with me to figure out what went wrong. Since I've now had my condominium for around 40 years, various plumbing related items are now needing to be repaired or replaced. I trust Billy, of Fast Response, to give me honest recommendations of the type of work needed especially to get my condo into the 21st century! Not only is Billy an outstanding plumber but he has good taste with his recommendations.

I had a sewer drain pipe clog that has been a chronic issue. Roots have gotten into the pipe (old house in the Sunset neighborhood) over the years. Yefrin showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and helped temporarily resolve the issue with hydro-jetting. I write "temporarily" as the sewer drain pipe will need to be removed and replaced in the near future since the roots will continue to clog the pipe if it is not replaced.

Yefrin was courteous and professional. I have no plumbing training, but I opine that Yefrin is highly competent.

I found Fast Response on Yelp. I was able to reach out and talk to someone quickly, make an appointment for the following morning and received fast, friendly and efficient service for my toilet that was acting finicky. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

I called the morning of my plumbing problem. I was given a 1-3pm window. Good communication throughout morning with text updates. Happily, the plumber arrived at 1pm. Fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Very pleasant gentleman. Very satisfied with service. I won't call anyone else. We've had them for years.

These guys are fantastic! I was given a quote by a popular competing San Francisco Plumber for literally almost 4 times the amount to install a new tankless water heater. These guys did fantastic work, fair pricing and great communication. Could not recommend them enough.

They came on a Sunday to install a new 75 gallon water heater that had gone out late Saturday. It was important as I had a family of 4 arriving that day. They were neat and and did a great job installing it. Also, they explained everything when they left.Thanks for a job well done.
