Plumbers arrived on time (actually a bit early!), tenants are happy, landlord is happy, all good! They are quite expensive, but to be fair, they told me the expected cost up front.

Heck, my grandparents used this company, and I'm in my late 60's. No, they are not the cheapest. Just the best. And...bad plumbing can cost you much, much more than the somewhat higher labor cost you pay for getting the job done right the first time.

Mr Cahill came and assessed the problem with a leak behind kitchen wall...he sent out Juan and Patrick who did a very clean professional job. .
