We had a roof leak caused by solar panel installers that did a poor job on my roof after installing panels. The solar company went out of business so I was not able to have them repair the work.
Luckily I found roof express.
They were the only company that told me they did not need to remove my solar panels to have the roofing repaired. As a result of this, their estimate was much smaller than other estimates by around 50%!
They came and did the work in one day and were very efficient and did a very fine job. They provided me with a 3 year warranty.
I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would hire them again. I hope I don’t need their service again, but I would call them first if I did!

We called Roof Express to come take a look at our roof and Habibi arrived on time (even early!), brought a ladder, and gave us a detailed workup of our roof, showing us all of the signs to watch for as the roof ages. He was thorough, polite, and took the time to educate us, and was honest that the roof was newer and didn't need any work at this point. He's an honest person, and a pleasure to talk to. Its a pleasure to work with someone who shows such integrity, honesty, and professionalism. We'll be calling Roof Express and asking for Habibi for all future roof work we need done.

Habibi was very professional and helpful in assessing the roof of a house we are remodeling and recommending an honest scope of work to address the areas of concern. We were happy with his prompt proposals and we ended up adding to the scope of work per the owners request.
He was very responsive from the start and his team lead Fabricio was also very available to walk through the job to ensure everything was left to our satisfaction.

Nav from Roof Express called ahead to confirm our appointment, arrived on time in full safety gear, and spent 20 minutes inspecting the entire roof. He identified a couple of cracked flashings, explained exactly why proper ventilation matters, and promptly sent me a folder of inspection photos. When his crew returned for the repair, they worked efficiently under Nav’s supervision, kept the site clean, and delivered exceptional workmanship. I highly recommend Nav and Roof Express.

We needed to replace our roof and after getting three quotes chose to work with the team at Roof Express. They were thorough in all of their work, great at communication, and receptive to feedback. I would definitely work with them again in the future if I had another roof to replace.

This is a way overdue review. I had a leaky lightwell roof back in October of 2024. Contacted Roof Express. Habibi came promptly on the same day to inspect my lightwell roof and gave me a very competitive estimate. Truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and communication. The repair was scheduled promptly and his team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Roof Express for any roofing needs!

We picked Roof Express to replace our 20-year-old roof because of their responsiveness and competitive price. They replaced our flat roof in Dec 2023, just before the rainy season. They also replaced an old skylight and fixed the chimney connected to our kitchen exhaust that rattled and leaked rain onto my stove during storms. They took care of all the paperwork and cleaned up every day really well. They kept us informed of the process by sending pictures of the old and new roofs. It has been a year since the work was done. We have had many windy storms, but no rattling on the roof or rain onto our stove. We are very happy with Roof Express and recommend them highly.

These guys are amazing! I was having an issue with my insurance renewal for our San Francisco home. Long story short we needed a new roof. Habibi came over gave us a quote and got the work done in less than a week. This was the smoothest and easiest transaction possible. Roof Express just replace our roof (3500 sq ft flat + 1245 sq ft shingle). Final inspection passed today. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Nav, the project manager, is friendly, reliable and easy to communicate with.

Habibi and team were amazing. They were very responsive, coming out and providing a quote only a day after I first contacted them. The pricing was EXTREMELY competitive.

The team was super hardworking and they completed the job in just two days. It wasn't easy as I live someplace with difficult access and a very steeply pitched roof. It didn't stand in their way and they did an excellent job.

They were also able to help me with replacing a skylight and the surrounding water damaged wood.

I would use roof express again in a heartbeat.

They went above and beyond to meet my schedule. They brought in a big team to take on this task. It took them 2 days and 1 hour to complete entire job from removing the old roof, dump the materials, installing the new roof and replaced 3 custom skylights. The finish product was done professionally and looks great!!! They also scheduled for an inspection 2 days later. Roof Express got it down to a science. A+++ Service!!!

We had a great experience with the Roof Express people. Abu and Habibi were extremely helpful with an inspection of our roof and the preparation of a detailed roof inspection report (to be sent to an insurance co.), with photographic documentation, etc. They definitely have expert knowledge of their field, and provided excellent, thoughtful communication and advice during the whole process. We will call them for our next roofing job.

Nav and his team is the best contractor I have ever used! This old house has a complicated mansard style roof that has a near vertical roof/wall. The old asphalt shingles were falling off due to the steep angle. We got several quotes from several highly reviewed roofers, and Roof Express is the only one holding a general contractor license who can do both roof and siding! Therefore Nav gave us an unbeatable price to completely covert the not-suitable asphalt shingles on the near vertical wall to sidings, along with torch down of the flat roof and regular asphalt shingles on the generally sloped roof. Yes it sounds like 3 projects in one! Nav did a tons of research and we discussed million times of many alternatives. I’m so impressed that he is truly passionate about what he is doing. He is knowledgeable and also keeps his word by not to increase the price although we developed a better and pricier solution than the original estimate. When the jobs were going, various unexpected issues occurred, which was not surprising for such a complicated job, he and his team is always supportive and addressing all the issues I requested. I know I’m being a picky customer since I myself is a civil engineer so I can’t help looking into every detail of this job 🤣

I would give 6 stars if I could for the service from Roof Express.  I contacted them when the insurance company claimed there was an issue with my roof.  Habibi came out the same day I called, assessed the roof situation, determined it was in good condition and just needed regular maintenance.  So, he proposed to prepare an inspection report for a very reasonable price.  The report was comprehensive and detailed with amazingly clear photos.  Most importantly, it worked!  The insurance company is happy and so am I.  Habibi was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and efficient.  He definitely has earned a repeat customer.  I will not hesitate to call Roof Express for my roofing needs in the future.
