This contractor operates out of a quiet suburban area, requiring a detour off the main road. Traffic is halted in both directions to accommodate their arrival. No dedicated loading dock exists; instead, they utilize a pallet jack for rapid unloading.

The service provider was extremely dismissive.

This business is utterly unreliable. The rep assured me someone would arrive on September 24, 2021, but despite waiting all day, they vanished. A day later, calling the emergency line yielded nothing. No show, no response - a stark lack of professionalism that's left me thoroughly unimpressed and unwilling to entrust them with my business again.

I had a poor experience with this service years ago and it's still fresh in my mind. Recently, I was driving to work when I attempted to change lanes to exit on my route. A truck from their company came towards me, refusing to yield and nearly collided with the car in front of me to block me. Given that it's a company vehicle and they're supposed to represent the brand, this level of rudeness is completely unacceptable. I would advise others to look for alternative service providers.
