Enrique Arechiga was the technician who came out and helped us out today and I wanna start off by saying that our experience was absolutely amazing. Enrique went above and beyond to help us out today and we really appreciate that! He was very kind and helpful; we were super satisfied with the help he provided. If we could give 10 stars we would! Happy we made an appointment with J&M and got an awesome technician !!

Matthew came and fixed our tankless water heater today. We had other plumbers out who only wanted to replace the whole system. But Matthew was honest, diagnosing the problem and quickly fixing it. We appreciate his wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Our heater stopped working and we sent out a request on New Years Eve, J&M sent out Zach Smith on 01/02. So thankful to have such a knowledgeable tech come out! He explained the problem, was able to get us under warranty, and get the part out and installed all in one day. He also gave us tips on how to care for our AC unit during the summer and on better air filters.

Daniel Rowell came and performed excellent work on my air conditioning unit. Quick diagnosis and back up and running. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and honest assesment of my current system. I will be doing business again with J+M and requesting Daniel if possible. The install crew Peter and the guys, just respectful professional individuals. Thank you J+M.

Mathew was great! He let us know that our current system is very old (1989!) and recommended that we replace it instead of fixing it and it causing us more issues down the line. We are waiting to get an estimate on a new system, hopefully it’s within our budget to get it replaced with them.

He was very professional. Saw and adjusted one of our two hvac units. Recommended and installed two surge protectors which why the cost was high this time. Signed up for twice yearly maintenance. I thought it was a good idea as the units are old. Definitely will use him again.

I called J & M Air Conditioning & Heating for my electrical tankless water heater within my ADU. Jose was able to come out the first day and diagnose the issue, in city returning the second day to repair it. This was the day before New Year’s Eve, and I was very happy that the company came through for me and got the work done on the electric tankless water heater. Jose Noted that my prior contractor did not build a relief valve system, which meant it was out of building code compliance. Jose was able to bring it back into compliance and fix the problem the next day. I would highly recommend using Jose and his company. I felt the price was a little expensive, but I need the repair done ASAP and it was New Year’s Eve

I had a great experience with Manuel Ruiz! He was polite, efficient, and really great at what he does. He explained everything clearly, got the job done quickly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Highly recommend him for any air conditioning service!

J & M is a professional air conditioning and heating company with expert technicians such as Gilbert that are polite, knowledgeable and responsive to your heating, ventilation and air conditioning needs. Gilbert actually gave me a system tutorial with photos. He was very thorough in identifying system problems, provided safe warrantied repairs and biannual maintenance for efficient system performance to minimize future problems. If the system fails the technician is back and there’s no dispatch fee to diagnosis your system.

AJ came in a timely manner. My heater was not working and its the start of winter. AJ checked the wiring, tested the heating system and made sure it was working before leaving. Nothing was found maybe a loose wire. He was honest and didn’t charge me unnecessarily. I appreciate his honesty & service. Thank you J&M and AJ.

Zach arrived on time, listened to my concerns, understood what I was saying. He checked out my heat pump and explained in layman's terms what was occurring and why. He then explained how I could use and program my thermostat to get optimum results and get the heat pump to operate to its best. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely use Zach and his company again. Thumbs-up all the way around

Adrian was Great, he was able to come a day earlier and kept us updated with arrival time. He is so knowledgeable about the HVAV system. He spent time checking everything associated that could cause our problem. I feel confident dealing with him and his knowledge. Thanks for the many photos.

I needed the grate on my air intake repaired. It was actually a pretty challenging replacement due to the way the original contractor of my house cut the hole. Victor never gave up. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Had Gilbert out for our maintenance appointment. He was great. Fast and friendly and explained everything so that i could understand. We have had J&M as our AC folks for the last 5 years and have always had a great experience whether it’s making an appointment or having a tech come out, every time is great. Highly recommended.

Robbie was here today. Fantastic as usual. He was on time and polite. He was very helpful and explained everything. He got my heat working and even changed the filter for me. I would recommend J & M Air conditioning & Heating to everyone. They are an outstanding part of our community.

Pieter did the complete system install yesterday. It went great. It was exactly what i hoped for. Super happy and satisfied. Very high level work. I would recommend J&M to everyone. You deserve the best.

AJ is a friendly and professional serviceman who communicates clearly about the work. He knows what he's doing and it shows. We are happy that he was dispatched to our home and hope to see him on the next service call.
