We did addition and renovation. It was a really fast execution, Professional and quality work. If get a chance will do another project with them.

Reza and his team did a bathroom, laundry room, and a patio door replacement for us. It was well planned out, all permits were pulled and approved and the work was done on time with great craftsmanship. What more can you ask for. 🙏

We had a renovation during 2021-2022 with a non-trivial scope including adding a living space, a master bedroom and converting the garage to an ADU. Amir and his team made it happen within 8 months. Through our collaboration, Amir, the owner Aira and project manager of my project, had been playing beyond my expectations on a general contractor with strong ownership, sense to details, high quality deliverables and high efficiency. - Ownership. Amir didn't finish what we were asking for but rather think ahead of a few steps, from preordering the materials in early 2021 (before the back order got worse), to suggesting the styles and materials during the interior work execution. - Detailed sense. With his deep experiences in constructions, he always looked around and covered the missing corner cases that we wouldn't have noticed, e.g. framing, insulation, flooring, electrician, finish, etc - High quality and high efficiency. We've enjoyed the finish work delivered from Amir's team, e.g. tiles, cabinets, painting, etc. What we got was exactly what we have imagined before the project given we have a high bar (we interviewed 7-8 general contractors before the project and compared their equality of work). We are also impressed by the velocity of his team. Many of our fiends who worked with contractors complained that they would only have the workers showing up on the job site 1-3 days per week thus the project can be easily delayed for 3-5 months. This never happened to Aira though. We randomly came to check the job site and there were always some workers there (from 2 and up to 7-8!). Aira delivered our project within 8 months which greatly matched the original plan (considering the delays during pandemic)

Our current home was rebuilt, and we learned from the previous owner about Aria Build & Construction. After 9 years of living in the house, we still appreciate the craftsmanship and interior design.

I worked with Aria, and Amir led the project. It was for a significant house remodel for our home in Palo Alto which involved a bunch of work including increasing square footage, changing the layout of much of the house, adding a master bedroom and master bathroom, a new kitchen, new half-bath, redoing the common area to have a living room and office, etc. It was a big project.

Amir's team was fantastic. I'll bullet point some of the highlights.
* Setting good expectations for both price and timeline. Probably the most important and something I cared a lot about for the project. We added some work for change orders, but there weren't any real surprises in the price beyond a few things where the house itself was old (e.g. replacing some old wood in the framing) or things we chose to do (e.g. doing more exterior painting than we originally were thinking. The project would have actually beaten the timeline originally given to us except some of the things we ordered from other vendors took longer than we expected. This team held up their end of the bargain on timing.
* Very communicative. We set up a chat group on whatsapp early between myself, Amir, and my wife. This was great as we could get answers to things quickly, and he could communicate with us about what was coming next in the project.
* Professional and efficient staff, and high quality work. All the folks I interacted with both from Aria and the subcontractors were great to interact with. My neighbors commented that they were always respectful and friendly when working as well. All the people I interacted with seemed to care about their work and it showed in the finished work. I wasn't around for all the inspections but the ones I was around for went smoothly, and it never seemed like we were blocked on inspections or the city throughout the process.

We've been living in our newly renovated house for a few weeks now and it's been pretty great. We've already been recommending Aria to some of our friends who are considering projects. If we had to do another project, I would go straight to Aria and Amir without hesitation.

We did a major remodeling of our house and if we wanted to do it over agin we would select Aria build and construction. Amir was on top of everything throughout the process. The major pros for us was they delivered the project on time, and that's not an easy task specially during the pandemic with all the material delays. Everyone told us that our project would take 1 year but Amir and his team delivered it to us in 6.5 months as he promised. The tile, flooring, electrical, and pluming were good and up to our standard. there were some issues with finishes and paints and we needed to monitor the process and talk to Amir about them throughout the project. He was always available, listened to our concerns, and did his best to resolve the issues. We would highly recommend Aria Build and Construction.

Amir and ARIA did a great job on a project at my house. The work was completed at high quality and 100% on time across several engagements, even factoring in some complex requirements changes along the way. I highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience working with Aria on our home remodel and addition. Amir (the owner of Aria) was our primary lead. He is an EXCEPTIONAL project manager - very responsive, organized, and detail oriented.

(1) Honest and trustworthy - this was our first construction project. A friend referred us to Aria and based on their excellent experience and specifically Aria's honesty. We were so happy with our choice. Aria delivered with a high level of quality and detail, and on budget.

(2) Great build quality and exceptional finishing work. Tile, countertops/fabrication, cabinets, paint, electrical, plumbing, etc. Our design was not simple, and Aria delivered flawlessly.

(3) Easy to communicate with and very responsive - Amir is very quick to respond (WhatsApp, calls), and the office team was also very responsive and great to work with. We also worked directly with some of the trades (e.g., electrician, painter) so we could meet them on site to review and make decisions - they were all a pleasure to work with, and take their craft seriously. Amir and his teams worked well with our designer and our vendors.

(4) Exceptionally fast. Its unheard of to finish a construction project on time... yet Aria finished a few weeks EARLY. They are very efficient (no downtime).

We can't recommend Aria highly enough, and thrilled that several of friends have chosen to work with Aria too.

We recently completed a home remodel and addition in Almaden, San Jose, and had an outstanding experience with Aria Build and Construction. Amir, the owner and project manager, exceeded our expectations with his leadership, attention to detail, and clear communication. From day one, he set clear expectations on pricing and timelines, with no hidden fees or surprises, and managed any changes efficiently.

The quality of work was excellent, from our kitchen and bedroom expansions to bathroom remodels, tile work, and electrical. Despite the complexity of our design, Amir and his team delivered flawlessly, providing valuable suggestions that improved both the look and functionality of our home. Communication was seamless, with a group chat for real-time updates, and even after moving in, they continued to provide prompt support.

In summary, Aria delivered a smooth, high-quality remodel experience. We’re thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Amir and his team again!

Aria's team did a remodeling project for bathroom and kitchen and they did great job in terms of quality and staying in line with committed time line and estimate. Thanks to Reza who managed the project professionally and stayed on to of the tasks to complete project on time. His advices and guidance for certain selection was a bless. While most of us are excited about home expansion and renovation project, not everyone has a great story to tell with happy ending. I was one of those lucky ones who had wonderful experience working with Aria builder. Timeliness of completion of the project was quint essential in our case, especially when winter was to set in and we had decided to stay in the house during the entire construction phase. Aria builder not only helped us plan our stay in our house during construction but also provided separate access to the house through side yard so that we had a safe entry and we didn’t disturb the construction project itself. Not only did Aria deliver the project on time, but they also delivered the project ahead of schedule. Their team of expert contractors and subcontractors were on task and good communicators. They ensured that we made decisions regarding goods and choice of materials in time.
All in all, it was a great experience working with Aria builders and we would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone that is looking to build or expand their existing home. Thank you Aria

We did the remodel of our home through Aria. The work included expansion & a complete upgrade. The expansion included an additional bedroom with bathroom and foyer space. The upgrade included complete remodel of kitchen, all existing bedrooms & bathrooms, flooring, roofing, plumbing, electrical, windows & doors, heating & cooling and garage. Their pricing was very reasonable and quotes were very detailed & well explained. They are easy to work with, very reliable, very professional, capable and easily accessible. They act on requests and issues in a fast & timely manner and quick to provided solutions when encountering obstacles. They execute things very quickly and completed the project earlier than scheduled. They are very efficient with their execution and the quality of work is impressive. After we moved in, they continued to provide support for any issues, repairs or improvement needed. Amir, Hamid, Arshan, Homa and the entire team from Aria are amazing folks to work with. Thank you Aria for making our house beautiful!

We recently got our kitchen remodeled with Aria build and Construction and had a very good experience. The kitchen turned out exactly as we had planned! All of Aria's teams were excellent, lots of attention to detail, I was able to work with all of them and explain what I was expecting (for example: tile layouts were done the way I wanted. I was also able to select which part of the natural stone I wanted on the different parts of the counter.) The electrical, cabinet, and painting teams were also great. Everyone had a good attitude and were respectful.
Communication with Aria was good, they always responded to our queries and the job was well supervised.
Overall a very positive experience and high quality work!

We recently worked with Aria for an ~1800 sqft addition to our home, which included a JADU, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, their pricing was incredibly fair—one of the best quotes we received after getting several estimates. After seeing some of their previous work in our neighborhood, we knew they were a great choice, and they did not disappoint.

What really stood out to us was how upfront and realistic Aria was about the entire project. They gave us a clear idea of the scope and timeline, and everything they said ended up being spot on. This level of transparency built a lot of trust in their judgment, and it made us feel confident throughout the entire process.

As with any construction project, there were a few minor discoveries along the way that needed to be addressed, but Aria handled them smoothly. We always felt like they had the right approach, and we could rely on their expertise to make the right decisions.

They were also impressively fast-paced. If you’re working with them, be prepared to keep up—materials and decisions need to be ready on time to maintain that momentum. We were amazed when they actually finished ahead of schedule, which is rare in the construction world!

Overall, we highly recommend Aria. Their professionalism, quality, and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out, both with the crew in the office and the crew on site. If you’re considering a home addition or construction project, they should definitely be on your list!

Aria built an extension and remodel to our existing home so our daughter's family could come live with us. Our experience with them was nothing short of amazing. They quoted and delivered on a very tight timeline (5 months including pool demolition) and on budget. But what impressed me most was the professionalism, care and respect from everyone who worked on our home. Honestly, we didn't have much of a vision going into the project, but they helped us build a space that was both beautiful and just right for us. The project managers and office managers were responsive and kind. I would strongly recommend Aria for their exceptional skill and overall integrity. No other contractor we've worked with in the past has come close.

Aria Build & Construction did my entire house remodel and addition of 600sqft. After getting betrayed and force closing the contract with ATH(Anchored Tiny Homes) and wasting 3 months of time, I signed the contract with Aria Builder. I partnered with Reza and I have no words to praise Reza for his professionalism and their workmanship. Very humble, empathetic and down to earth individual in a construction business :-) In my opinion what differentiates them are the following:

1. They are not here to make money from change orders. I had few change orders, but it was agreed at the beginning of the contract. So no surprises.
2. They are very particular with the time commitment. They always try to beat it the time committed in the contract. Initially, I was little worried, as there was no formal project plan, but they did an amazing job of scheduling and there were folks working back to back. Sometimes two or even three trades working in parallel.
3. They have excellent subs/trade partners. All of them are experts in their field and very professional. They keep the site clean and communicate effectively.
4. Their billing milestone is based on inspection milestones and progress driven. So you do not pay in advance for any work. Rather these folks are never in a hurry to get your money and always delayed invoice :-)
5. I still reach out to them after my finals, for small small things that either goes wrong or I am not satisfied. Reza has always addressed them with no questions.

I think we all struggle with construction and doing a major project is always full of anxiety and stress. However, with Reza/Aria Build and Construction it’s going to be a smooth sail and they try their best to create an experience as much stress free - On time and in Budget.

They're fantastic in design and build. My home improvement project included:

- Kitchen
- 2 bathrooms
- Engineered hardwood floors
- Baseboards
- Floor and wall air vent installations
- Garage electrical subpanel
- Ring security system
- Ceiling fans in all rooms
- Interior paint

5 months for design and build at the best price I received. So much flexibility and excellent quality work. The tile guys they employ are artists IMO and they were always fair in pricing with my requests!

We hired Aria for our major addition and interior remodel project. We are super happy with the outcome. We had multiple quotes. Aria was very reasonable but what made it a sweet deal was the quality of work they delivered. BTW Aria finished the project almost a month ahead of schedule. Time was of the essence for me and Amir committed to the timelines but actually finished well ahead. Really appreciate the dedication and professionalism his team demonstrated.
Some specific positives to call out:
--The quote that we got was very detailed- no hidden cost during the project- I paid what was quoted. There was no hand wavy numbers in the quote. I knew exactly how much I will end up paying.
--Aria's entire team is great. Their sub cons are awesome.
- Aria's knows how to work with City [ this is critical so you don't face delays
- All inspections passed without any issue
- They have done projects of all sizes and costs [ so Amir knows the needs and expectations w r t to the budget

I highly recommend Aria for your remodel, addition, new construction or any home project needs including Swimming pool and ADUs.

Excellent job, ahead of schedule, high quality. Very skilled team. Amir is very reliable & very skilled. Highly recommend. Our job was quite big, anyone else could have easily dragged it 6-8 months, Aria got it done in 2.5 months, super efficient, high quality. If you want peace of mind, high quality and a super skilled & efficient team that can get the job done fast & well without any oversight, go with Aria. Every crew member is excellent.

Aria Construction recently completed a total rebuild of our San Jose home from the ground up. We went into this a bit nervous as this is a huge project and we knew nothing about home construction, but Amir and his team did an amazing job walking us through every step of the process.

We ended up going with his architect (Barzin) who was great at taking our input and creating a beautiful design and layout. Once construction began, Amir was good about keeping us updated on the status and what's coming next. He provided many recommendations along the way and helped point us to the best places to purchase materials, finishings, etc. A project of this size could have been really stressful, but thanks to Amir and his team the process went very smooth.

Overall Aria provides very competitive pricing, does great work, are very efficient, and always delivered on schedule. I cannot recommend them enough (in fact already have) and will be using them for any and all future projects. Thank you Aria Construction for building us the home of our dreams!
