The True Delta team handled a complete remodel for our home that was a neglected foreclosure. They were full service from flooring to paint to plumbing to kitchen remodel to HVAC. Tammy just finished our full kitchen renovation and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first consultation, Tammy and her team were professional, responsive, and full of great ideas. They helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality, and the craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch—new custom cabinets, quartz counters, tile backsplash, and flooring all look stunning.

Milton and Tammy have worked on 3 major projects for me over the past several years. Initially, they gutted and remodeled my 100 year old house in the Rose Garden in San Jose. Subsequently, they helped me expand the house by adding 2 bedrooms with a new master bath. Most recently, they rebuilt my detached garage and added an ADU above the garage. Each project was completed in a timely manner and within budget. All inspections passed. Milton’s attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. The results exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again for future projects, and highly recommend!

Delta builders did a fabulous job on our shower remodel!! The father/daughter team were extremely professional from start to finish. Needed to get my townhouse remodeled in the kitchen and bathroom. They responded very quickly, 1-2 days. Got the quote and plan drew up in 3 weeks. Tammy helped us pick up out the cabinet, floor and wall color so that they would look modern and at the same time matching with the other areas around our home. The illustrations that she showed me made it easier to visualize how they would look when finished. I also had issue with my sink drain pipe and shower drain being clogged up so I asked if they could help with this too. Milton is very knowledgeable and took the time explained to us step by step of what needs to be done. He fixed both drains on the same day! Very pleased with their service and professionalism!

For our recent bathroom remodel, we went with Milton and Tammy. They were very friendly and approachable when we met for the first time at our home. They came by to do an estimate for us. Their pricing is very reasonable. We decided to go with them because they were honest about the additional work that they may have to do since our bathroom was in bad shape. Tammy offered design ideas which were all great! The hardest part was deciding which style we wanted to go with. Milton and his crew worked meticulously when it came to cutting the tiles and the finishing touches. When we are ready for our kitchen remodel... we will definitely call on them again.
