We had a great experience with Americool Comfort. I found Mostafa on Nextdoor, where he had several strong recommendations, and we liked the idea of working with a local company in or near Morgan Hill.

He responded to my initial text right away and was able to come out the same day, which we really appreciated.

He first replaced the capacitor, and once the system started up, he identified that the condenser fan motor was also faulty. He quickly sourced the part and got everything fixed fast. From start to finish, the whole process took about 3 days—but it would have been completed the same day if it had only been the capacitor.

Mostafa was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Pricing felt reasonable and in line with AC repair costs in our area.
