David has been taking care of our heating and air conditioning since October 2024. He is super meticulous and explains exactly what he is doing and keeps me informed all times. He has done preventative maintenance as well as repair. I am super satisfied with his services and will continue to work with him.

I phoned David Bolanos as my a/c had broken down . He came the same day and found out what the problem was returning the next day with the replacement part . My a/c is now working . He is a polite, responsive, competent and punctual young man and I would recommend him for your HVAC requirements.

David did a thorough inspection and tuneup of our HVAC system. He returned later and we had him check all the vents and ducts. Will use him a again in the future!

David was very responsive and fairly priced. Called him 6pm with my issue. Came next day on time at 11:00am and it was fixed by 12:00pm. Will definitely use David again.

Very good experience working with David. He found the leak in my 20 yr old A/C where others couldn’t and used sealant that didn’t last long. David replaced the obsolete leaking part but had to adapt a new part to fit. He had a little obsolete gas (R22) and drove to Oakland to get more. Thank you David. We are cool and happy. Manny B

We have worked with numerous contractors over the last 23 years of homeownership. By far, David has been one of the best. From the beginning to the end of our project, he was extremely thorough in every step. He provided detailed explanations of what solutions would work the best and why. This attention to detail was reassuring to know that we chose the right contractor to convert our home from gas to an electric heat pump system. The existing HVAC infrastructure in the house had to be modified to accommodate the new system and added square footage from a previous remodel. We’re very glad that he took the time to inspect and calculate what was needed for the upgrade, instead of slapping in a new unit over the old duct work, leading to inefficiencies or failures.
David and his crew were prompt and kept the work areas beyond clean. You could barely tell they had been on site and the end of the workday. He also has a back-office team dedicated to making sure we received all the available government rebates for the conversion from gas to electricity. His thoroughness even continues post project by checking in with us to make sure everything has been working as planned.
