Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, but was called to cancel due to an emergency. They claimed they couldn't reschedule until later, leaving me scrambling to find another company.

Their technician showed up without warning and attempted to fix the issue, but was unprepared and refused to make the necessary repairs. Instead, he said it would have to be rescheduled. I then called the office to get an update, only to speak with Lisa who claimed the technician was only out for an estimate. However, she acknowledged that a call about the estimate should have been made earlier to schedule the repair.

The lack of communication and urgency from this company is alarming. After spending another day without AC, I reached out to another provider who arrived late in the morning and resolved the issue promptly. If you're looking for a reliable service with good communication and a sense of urgency, I would strongly advise against using this company. It's not worth the mental frustration and hassle they can cause.
