The air conditioning decide not to operate on a holiday and one of the hottest days of the year so far. It was the afternoon when we called Diamond HVAC. Georgi added one more service call to his already busy day to make sure that an older couple in their upper 80s would be comfortable enough to sleep that night.

Very professional from start! I needed to fix the AC unit at my old house and I got a few quotes from different companies, but these guys are cheaper; but it doesn’t affect the quality! Excellent service. Very easy to communicate with office. Technician arrived on time was very friendly and professional. What surprised me he wasn’t trying to sell me something I don’t need . He find the issue very fast replaced my old thermostat and everything works perfect since then. Previous company told me that my whole unit needs to be replaced. Highly recommend.
