These folks are very patient and efficient. I thought I needed a whole new air conditioner becuase I talked to a few contractors and these guys were the nicest and showed me why I needed to only replace part of the system. Other guys said I needed new air ducts and the price was incredibly high. If I dont need it, I appreciate the honesty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the individual attention to the client. We left a request, and the technicians arrived the next day. We have a non-standard air conditioning system, and the technicians found the best solution for our needs. They coordinated everything, chose the optimal time and performed the service without haste, but without delays. Now the equipment works much quieter and more efficiently. This approach creates a feeling that you are truly cared for. The service left only positive emotions!

We had an emergency with our rooftop AC unit at our store, and this company came right away. The technician was polite, efficient, and clearly experienced. He explained everything as he worked and got the system back online fast. I really appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism. The whole process was handled so smoothly. The store felt cool again in no time. Fantastic service from a fantastic team!

Watch out with this outfit, they really pad the work order with extra $$. Don't call unless you love paying trumped-up parts costs.

Didn’t show up after a 4h window and the ignorant person answering the phone just had “yea, they’re not going to make it” to say. If you can, please stay far away from them.

One of those contractors that doesn’t care about not showing up during the mandated 4-hour window. Screw the customer is not necessarily a business practice that is sustainable.

The worst! Technician came out and told me to change my filter and he fixed the issue. Next day, I have water dripping thru the ceiling. They honestly do not care.

The technician was great. Our A/c is working again. Their customer service is terrible. They gave us a 4 hour window of time and showed up an hour after that. Based on their reaction when i called, it's clear they regularly over schedule techinicains and don't care.

They were assigned to me through my insurance for AC tune up. Their guy came and only worked on the outdoor unit. And guess what, when I turned the unit on during summers, there was no refrigerant in the unit any more. Ended up paying $600 for the mess their technician created.
Also he didn't touch the indoor unit as it's not part of AC tuneup (never heard that before from my previous vendors)

Don't recommend at all.
