I've had nothing but a fantastic experience with Ferguson/Air Cold Supply in San Jose. From the manager Daniel, the customer service team on the front counter (Gustavo, JJ, Max) are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, making it a breeze to work with them. They're my go-to for all my HVAC equipment needs.

The service provider had a decent range of options available. The quality of work was satisfactory, nothing particularly exceptional or outstanding.

If I could give this service zero stars, I would.

The website is down and no one's responding to calls or messages. Staff are completely ignoring customers, leaving me hanging for two hours each day. Complete waste of time. This company is a disaster.

They failed miserably. The manager abandoned the shop during their busiest time to grab a meal and left it understaffed. No help arrived until I sourced parts from other places - that's when some work was done.

Disappointing experience. I called ahead to verify they had a standard transformer conversion kit, but was sent to an outdated address listed online. After calling back, I was given their correct location, only to be told it was no longer stocked due to changes in inventory.

The salesperson claimed it couldn't be sold as a generic item, despite its widespread availability at industrial suppliers. Given my background purchasing from industrial suppliers, I found this claim hard to believe.

I ended up visiting Grainger down the street and purchased the part with ease. Save yourself the inconvenience - shop elsewhere.
