Very nice experience. Vlad and an assistant arrived within the promised window and diagnosed the problem with the house furnace (a failed exhaust motor) in less that 10 minutes. They had a replacement motor in the van and the furnace was soon up and running. Very pleasant workers who wore shoe protectors and cleaned up carefully afterwards. The price was quite reasonable

I’ve used Freon for several refrigeration repairs at my office. They always do a great job. Their team is professional and quickly diagnose the problem and offer solutions that offer long term resolution. They are honest, and collaborate with each other to get the job done.

I called Freon to diagnose non functional AC on a Friday evening. Vlad set an appointment for 8am next day, and quickly ascertained the fault was a dead capacitor. Lucky for me Vlad had the part and replaced it in no time. He also checked my refrigerant and topped up for more efficient cooling function.

All in a very reasonable price, great service, super efficient and above all, trustworthy. Will use Freon for all my HVAC requirements from now on.

Friendly and professional. There was a misstep accident that caused some damage and they repaired it right away.

Vlad at Freon Service was absolutely awesome - he was just as committed to getting our AC fixed as we were - could not have asked for a better experience. Also the communication and payment was very easy and convenient - very responsive to text messages and easy electronic invoices and payment.

The city inspector accidentally disabled the system - Freon came out the next day and I was up and running in about 15 minutes.

Matt came on time. Identified the problem in one minute. It was kinda late to order the parts, and he had another job waiting for him. But after I expressed my wish that I would like the heater to work asap, as we were freezing pretty bad at night, he went to the store to get the unit right away. I really appreciated him going extra miles to help us. After replacing the unit, the heater works like a champ! Thanks again!

During the most recent heat wave our ac stopped blowing cold air and eventually the condenser stopped working altogether. My brother had Freon install a heat pump in his house a few weeks prior and had nothing but good things to say about them so I called their office. They were so busy that the earliest they could come was 6 days later but I took the Sunday appointment (and I was grateful they were working Sundays!). They sent me continuous communications, both via text and email, right up to when they were on their way to our appointment. Vlad showed up within the 1 hour estimated appointment time and got to work immediately. He showed us that our capacitor was fried and our freon levels were very low which meant we had a leak somewhere in our system. Per our request, he looked at our furnace set up, fixed a few minor things that were overlooked when we installed the system 7 years prior, and made some recommendations to reduce noise. He suggested that we wait until the Fall to fix the leak because between their backed up schedules and surge pricing for parts (summer high season), we might save some money by waiting. It was a great experience overall.

Vlad and his team are incredible! So responsive, reliable, and helpful. I hired them to install a mini split AC in my condo. When Vlad came out for the estimate, he went up in the attic space to check everything out and took his time to explain how the installation would work, answering questions I didn’t even know I had. Sent me the estimate quickly and sent me everything I needed for HOA approval. The office was very communicative and made scheduling the installation a breeze. The installation took one day, about 10 hours. Vlad and his colleague were efficient and so clean. The AC is working great! Highly recommend.

Freon Service was a Life Saver!!! They responded promptly via Yelp request, and over text message. We really appreciated their fast response because the AC fix was for our parents and during a heat wave. They found time the same day and even were able to come earlier than expected. They worked efficiently, professionally, and went above and beyond giving us the info we needed and fixing the problem for a very reasonable cost. We will call Freon Service for our AC needs going forward!

Damon and Mike are very professional, friendly, responsible. Not only they install the heat pump perfectly, they also carefully paint the attic entrance to make it look better/cover blanket all the way to attic entrance to avoid make the house dirty / explain patiently what they do everyday and what’s planned for tomorrow/ everyday they will clean up the garage as well!

This is the second service that I received from them to install a new wall furnance. Vlad arrived early and finished everything clean and on time. He never ceases to provide excellent and honest advice and service. Highly recommend him!

Vlad is very knowledgeable. I have contacted 2 other HVAC companies to repair the a/c and they couldn't figure out the problem. One told me I had to get a new a/c and change all the ducting, but failed to give me a quote for it. Vlad found the problem within minutes and fixed it in an hour. Will refer more people to him.

Update from 1/14/2026. Installed new furnace for Tenant. Easy to work with and reasonable price. Have worked with them a few times and always good experience.

Great service. Our AC broke Monday night, by Thursday afternoon it was fixed and running. They were very fast to schedule an appointment, get the part in, and they finished the work ahead of schedule. The technician we had, Vlad, was also excellent. He explained everything clearly, gave us next steps, and gave us some tips for maintenance to help save us money in the future. Overall very impressed.

Air conditioning system wasn't working. Condenser unit outside was running but the furnace/air handler in the attic was not.

I called today at 8 AM to request an appointment and was able to schedule it for the same day. The appointment was confirmed via text. I got another text when the technician was on his way.

Vlad diagnosed and fixed my furnace/air handler in about 25-30 minutes. Ahhhh, the cold air feels so good!

I've used Freon in the past and back then I had a similarly awesome experience. Vlad was my repairman then too. :)

Vlad and Martin did a great job repairing our furnace. They not just replaced the malfunctioning inducer motor, but also cleaned the rust from water leakage and painted the board with protective enamel. In addition, they noticed that one of the condensate drains is missing a switch, and installed one for us for free.

Manager Kevin is very friendly and responsive in replying to my messages and answering questions. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. Great service from great people, highly recommend!

Dennis was fantastic. He did a thorough job of exploring all options by inspecting all the relevant areas including the current setup, central air conducting and heating, the attic and the circuit box. He has in depth understanding of how the systems work and explained them to me by drawing them out on paper. He was also candid on the advantages of having a heat pump vs gas furnace. At the end of the session I was well educated on the merits and demerits of my request for replacing the old system with the modern heat pump. He’s a fantastic asset to the company!

Gary replaced old gas furnace for a new one. Options were suggested and discussed, work was done on time.

Vlad really helped our family out after our air conditioning system stopped working during a heat wave due to another contractor’s faulty modifications to the drain system. He identified the issue right away and replaced the unreliable pump based drainage with a passive drain just as the home builder had originally designed. I can tell he takes pride in his work and truly knows his stuff!

We were very impressed with Matt! He easily fixed the problem with our furnace and continues to respond to our questions via text. It’s because of Matt that we hired FREON to install an air conditioning unit.
We were also very impressed with Ruslan and Konstantin who worked non stop installing our air conditioning unit. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and made sure everything was super clean when they left. We would highly recommend working with FREON!
