My 20+ year old AC stopped working. I had several contractors come out to quote a replacement including Charlie from Ice. Even though Charlie had the best price, I realized this just wasn't in my budget at this time. Only Charlie came back when I said I couldn't afford a new AC right now and he was willing to try and repair it. He was not able to find a new fan motor for my very old unit, but he said he thinks he can get it to work again. Luckily he did get it working and he only charged me a fraction of the cost compared to replacing it so I was really grateful for that. Of all of the contractors I spoke with, Charlie was the most responsive which I really appreciated. He came over several times to take a look at things. He told me what I should have in my home when I am ready to replace my old system. So even though I didn't get the new system this time, I will definitely be in touch with Charlie when I am ready because he was the most responsive and easiest to work with and seemed to genuinely care about his customers.

Ice Heating and Cooling helped fix an old Lennox furnace. They showed up on time and worked efficiently from beginning to end. He let me know options on replacement or repair. I chose to repair at the moment. I would highly recommend and use them again for all my Heating and Cooling matters.

Charlie came out on December 20th to check my furnace with almost no notice. Although he was unable to resolve the problem he did give me excellent advice. He wouldn't even allow me to pay a service fee. I will be calling him for any and all repairs/ installations.

We had an excellent experience working with Charlie from ICE Heating and Cooling. We have an older radiant heating system, and Charlie quickly diagnosed the issue and brought everything up to date and back to full functionality. Our radiators are working beautifully now, and we’re truly grateful to Charlie and the entire ICE team.

Charlie is an amazing engineer. He not just helped us with the HVAC installation (2 to be exact) but also solved our problem with the fireplace and coordinated with the manufacturer.and installer. He did the calculations for air flow to make sure it worked well. Charlie was the only one that read the manual and was able to bridge the gap.

He goes above and beyond and really does take pride in his work. This is an art long lost in the US. I would highly recommend him and if I had to do it again I would hire him again

I had to replace my AC unit and had 4 different contractors to come in. Some sent sellers generating quotes, some didn't follow, prices was all over the map. Charly came and was very transparent about the challenges, gave me very simple options and clear choices. I ended up by converting my all system with heat pump for a very reasonable price. Charly was transparent, super responsive. He gave me confidence of his ability to deliver and he did. 5 Stars.
