Jacob came out to fix our A/C. Had everything working again in under an hour, including a quick run for parts. Very happy.

J&S heating and air conditioning was contracted by my home warranty company for a furnace repair. They came out to do a diagnosis but never actually relayed their diagnosis to AHS, stalling the repair, and dodged my calls.

Terrible! Worst service ever! This guy (Bryan) was unable to troubleshoot the issue with my gas furnace during the first visit, indicating his professionalism level. He just cleaned the condensate drain trap, telling me this would fix the issue. If it doesn't, he has assured me that he will return and try his best to address the problem. Of course, this fix didn't resolve anything at all, and now I've been trying to contact him for almost three weeks and have had no response: texts are ignored, and calls go to voicemail. It is freezing outside, and this contractor doesn't care about his clients. This Bryan is absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Customers, beware and never do business with this type of person.
