This is a long-pending review that I’ve been meaning to write for a while now—life and some personal commitments just got in the way!

Back in September 2025, I worked with Baljinder and his team to replace my old HVAC system and install a new one. I had checked out a couple of other companies at the time, but then I remembered that this same team had helped fix an issue with my HVAC compressor a few years ago. That experience, plus the fact that they’re in our neighborhood, made it easy to go with them.

Honestly, it was a great decision. The team was super professional, kept everything clean, and were just really nice to work with. They were also very patient in answering all my (probably basic!) questions during the installation. The most impressive part? They got everything done—including duct and vent replacements—in just 3 days.

There was a small hiccup the day after installation, but Baljinder came over right away and took care of it. It’s been over 6 months now, and we’re really happy with how everything has been working.

Really glad we went with Kailey Air Systems—definitely recommend them for any residential HVAC needs!

I found out that there was a problem with heating in my store in the evening. I called ACR Service, they came early in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me run my store again in no time. I was also happy with their pricing. Overall, great service!

Yes, it is a pleasant surprise. ACR (Baljinder) gave me a very reasonable quote. He seems to be very knowledgeable. He came at the time that he said he would come. He did what he said he would do. He sold me what he quoted me. What else, right? :-)

At the end of the day, ACR (Baljinder) helped me to replace my furnace + the air conditioner (Wait... or it call 'condenser'), duct work and thermostat installation. On each and every section, I am satisfied w/ his work.

My old AC broke down last month and I asked Baljinder from ACR service to come and fix it. Baljinder inspected the AC same day and found that my ac-motor was bad. He suggested me to replace the AC as its compressor was getting worse. I waited one week to get the quotes from other technicians. Quote from ACR was way more better than all other quotes, so I asked them to replace my AC.

Baljinder did thorough and professional job in replacing my AC. He was always available for my AC related questions and he suggested all the options for me to consider and never forced anything. I will definitely recommend ACR service for HVAC work

They did a quick and great job with my mom's house. My mom's house is very old with broken pipes, no AC, and half of the heat was warming the outdoors. They came in examined the situation, explained the issue, and gave suggestions on what to do and why. Once that was decided, they came in and fixed/installed everything quickly. All at a reasonable price. On top of that, they are very nice. Can't ask for anything more than that.

We had a great experience with this company and Baljinder. Baljinder came out right away once we contacted the company. Looked at our system and provided a quote...it was a very fair quote and did not ask or suggest we do anything that was not needed. We have a home that has a unit each for both upstairs and downstairs. Only one unit went out...other quotes we got suggested/recommended that we replace both. Baljinder said we didnt need to. We ran into an issue after install but it had nothing to do with the new equipment or workmanship, unit overheated due to my dog tugging on the new wires. Baljinder came back on a holiday, fixed the issue, ran the unit, waited outside in his vehicle for over 30 mins to ensure the unit did not overheat again. We have been "cool" during the hot weather since. Many times, anyone can come and do the work, replace a unit, etc. but the true test comes when/if something goes wrong and how they handle it...especially if they have already been paid. Baljinder is a very stand up individual and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing this kind of service.

I recommend ACR Service for your HVAC system replacement and/or repairs. We were in need of a complete HVAC system replacement for our old and outdated system. After getting quotes from other companies, we chose ACR Service. Baljinder is a nice guy and he took time to explain options, pricing and installation timelines with me. He handled all the HERS testing and city permit logistics and he kept in contact with me from start to finish to assure a quality installation and quality service.

Baljinder installed a new AC system for my house. He used the industry top brand equipment and stayed with the agreed budget although he had to pay more for a larger capacity system due to the distributor inventory shortage. He even offered courtesy check of my duct system for leaking. He patiently answered my questions and discussed various options with me. Throughout the project, he kept clean for his workspace and wore a mask. I would highly recommend his services to anyone I know!

We had pretty particular AC install requirements and Baljinder was willing to work through ALL the details required and get the work done just as requested. This was more than just "install it here" type of job... thankfully Baljinder and crew took each challenge one step at a time and took the time to do the job right.

Now we have nice and cool Basement with the new split-system AC! Would definitely recommend and go back to for work in the future.
