Called about our heater not blowing hot/warm air, and Andrew came as expected. He quickly tweaked a few settings on our furnace and left us with a lovely heated home. He did not charge us at all for the service. I cannot believe how honest and trustworthy OZONE is. They seriously win for best customer service ever.

Recently, we had a brand new Heat Pump system installed, and everything works just perfectly. We reached out to the company right in the middle of the heatwave, and they responded with incredible speed and professionalism. The team arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation neatly and with great attention to detail.
Another big plus is that the installation came with a rebate.

Ozone service did an excellent job removing our old furnace + ducts + asbestos and replacing it all with a new heat pump system. From the start, they were very communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. They work with PCE, so 0% interest financing options were readily available.The installation team worked quickly and professionally, and were very careful to clean up at the end of each day. They estimated it would take 5 days to complete, and it took 5 days to complete. You can tell that they pay attention to getting even the small details right. They even added new hardware to our crawlspace door and added a light switch. After the installation, they have actively helped us through the inspection and permitting processes. The system is very quiet and keeps our home warm. If you are paying an exorbitant PGE gas bill then I highly recommend working with Ozone to replace your furnace with a heat pump.

I had a great experience with Ozone Service from start to finish. They’re extremely responsive by text and email, very organized, and clearly on top of their work. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

What I really appreciated is how informative the whole process was. They took the time to explain the design, the options, and the reasoning behind their recommendations. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and they’re not just trying to rush through a job, they genuinely care about doing it right and educating the customer.

The quality of the work was solid, the communication was clear, and there were no surprises. Konstantin, in particular, was amazing to work with; professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.

I installed Google Nest Thermostat Gen 4 last weekend. Due to my personal mistake that I forgot to turn off the power when installing the device, I got “rh no power” error when setting up the new device. I tried to fix it but I don’t have professional knowledge or equipment. Found the Ozone Service on Yelp and the owner offered FREE inspection. I cannot believe my eyes since all the other merchant I’ve quote all ask for an inspection fee of $69 or more.

The technician Alexander dropped by my house by the appointment time, and did a quick check of the heater within 10min. To my greater surprise, they fixed my broken fuse for FREE. I couldn’t believe my ears and it is too good to be true. I cannot recommend Ozone Service enough for their excellent service, professionalism, speed, reasonable price, and care for the customers. Will definitely call for their service again if I have any issues with my HVAC system in the future.

10 star if I could. Furnace went out weeks ago and I put out a bid request on Yelp. The first company I hired (Global HVAC) charged me $250 for a fix that failed the very next day. I called and the company said I should replace the motherboard for another $1,000. Instead, I called Ozone and Andrew came out on short notice. He found a rusted connector within minutes and replaced the piece AT NO COST!!! Shocking! He said he couldn't charge me because he didn't repair anything on the furnace and they don't charge for diagnostic. Unheard of. Ozone is the Nordstrom of HVAC. Amazing, reliable, and trustworthy service. I'm hiring them for my AC unit next. Thanks you Andrew!

I recently had a 5-ton Gree heat pump installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional from start to finish. They patiently answered all my questions — including some pretty technical ones — and they even figured out the correct way to set up the Gree communicating thermostats so the whole system runs in full communication mode.

The project was originally planned for 2 days, but because of unexpected complexity in the crawlspace, it ended up taking 3 days. They came in on Saturday to finish the job, without any complaints and without charging anything extra. I really appreciate that level of dedication.

Lead installer Alex was extremely experienced, and Konstantin was exceptionally patient, helping me with additional requests like installing the filter box and UV light sanitizer. Their workmanship and attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We recently had Ozone install a dual heat pump + furnace system with zoning for our home. They were very efficient and professional throughout the whole process. Unlike a previous furnace contractor who told us we needed to redo a lot of ductwork, Ozone showed us that wasn’t necessary — they adjusted the dampers and duct sizing instead, which saved us from having to tear up our newly finished hardwood and tile floors. They also fixed issues from the previous furnace installation that wasn’t up to code. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, highly recommend Ozone for HVAC projects.
