I have used Pelle for a couple of medium sized commercial projects and they are always courteous and informative. Charles is such a great guy to work with. He understands budget restraints and works to make it happen.

The experience was great. The guys who came out to install were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have a two story home and therefore had an AC/heater unit installed on each floor. They crawled under the house and climbed into the attic spaces and were able to install both units. It only took two days.

Wonderful service and explanation of how systems actually work and got me into the schedule on short notice.

We went to Pelle 2½ years ago, b/c an extraorinarily picky friend who does months of research finally chose this family-run business to install their whole house A/C unit. Their follow-up making sure our unit (a mini split) is safe & sound, and doing its job over the years. The person they sent to check out the unit was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My wife and I have lived in Naglee Park in San Jose since 2002. When our attic furnace gave out in 2015, we contracted Service Champions to install a new furnace. Not only was that furnace built a number of years earlier, but a couple of the Service Champions staff who did the followup inspections of our HVAC system were not only unproffedsional but actually connected some of the wiring incorrectly, which to their credit was finally repaired.

When the original air conditioner gave out in 2021 we inquirered at Service Champions about a replacement; the price they quoted seemed excessive, so we contacted Pelle - a family owned HVAC company, and not only did they have a carrier model but it was exactly the slim version we needed for our space and at a fraction of the cost. Since then, Pelle has done the inspectons of both our AC and furnance, and everyone from that company with whom we have dealt has been professional, highly competent, friendly, communicative and and absolute joy. When our furnace gives up the ghost we will definitely call Pelle for the replacement.

It pays to deal with a smaller, family-run company like Pelle rather than a huge, corporate company if you want the type of service we all desire.

If you have Furnace or AC needs you should defintely contact Pelle in Morgan Hill; trust me that you will not be dissappointed.

Contacted Pelle for HVAC maintenance on a Friday and got an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. The technician Paul showed up within the window of appointment and did the health check of the system. All is well and was done within one hour. I feel the fees charged were fair. Thank you Pelle.

Paul came out to replace a broken thermostat and we ended up upgrading all 3 of our thermostats. He was very patient getting them all hooked up and communicating with the app

Pelle is an amazing company and I would have no hesitation recommending them to others to work with for their heating or cooling needs. My project was very complex and operated on a timeline that Pelle accommodated, but in reality, no reasonable business should have been expected to accommodate. They installed a 5-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system at my home in San Jose. Since I was undergoing a whole house remodel at the time, they were able to work with my contractor to install part of the system before the drywall went up and once the remodel was near finished, they were able to wrap up the rest of the project. Not only was their installation top-notch, their customer service after the system went live was also impressive. Like any mechanical system, somethings may not work quite right out of the box, and they have been amazing with responding to questions and providing followup visits to optimize my system. My wife, who loves an air-conditioned home, is appreciative of the service, so thank you!

Paul was on-time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his candor with what is a very old furnace issue.

The technician diagnosed the problem with my a/c and replaced the broken part. He had the new replacement part with him, and we were back up and working. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable.

We are impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of everyone we interacted with, from Steve's initial visit for the quote to the final installation by Jeff, Charles, and the rest of the crew. Everyone was polite and the work was completed on schedule.

We did have a couple of minor issues initially – one with the upstairs heating and another with the thermostat blowing cold air. However, Steve and Charles were both very responsive in addressing these concerns. We're now happy with the system's performance and are looking forward to seeing how it does this winter.

While we initially planned to replace only the furnace, we ultimately decided to go with the A/C and dual heat pump + furnace system. We understand this was a larger investment than we originally anticipated, but we're hopeful (fingers crossed) that it will pay off in the long run.

Fifteen or so years ago Pelle installed our heating and cooling system and I've been using their maintenance services ever since on a yearly basis to replace our air-conditioning filter. When they do that they always check both the heating and cooling systems including the condenser for the air-conditioning which is outside of our house. They always do a good job at a reasonable price.

Excellent service continues from everyone at Pelle HVAC. The technicians are professional and friendly. I am always impressed each time I deal with them. I purchased a complete HVAC system a couple of years ago with annual maintenance, just had my third annual maintenance. I could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend. Thanks. - Larry

We had a great experience replacing our AC unit. We took three bids and Pelle was by far the best price. Their estimator / PM was prompt and informative and we were scheduled for the week following after our approval of their proposal. The technician was on time, prepared and did a good, efficient job. We even had our ductwork looked over while he was here. Absolutely 5 stars.

Pelle HVAC replaced my complete HVAC system including heat pump, gas furnace, air handler and all the ductwork. They did a great job and the system works much better than before. I’m rather particular about how I keep my house, and they were very careful and respectful about my place. Highly recommended!

I've used Pelle a few times now. Our HVAC system is rather old and each time they've figure out the issue and gotten it running smoothly again. We're getting ready to replace the system and will have them do it when the time comes. Excellent service and kind employees.
