The whole process was explained, all questions were answered and even advice was given on further operation. After cleaning, the air conditioner works quietly and efficiently, like new. Our upstairs was always warmer than downstairs. The technician adjusted the dampers and checked airflow balance. He explained what was causing the issue. The temperature is much more consistent now. Very happy.
