We had used other cleaning services in the past and were unhappy. Reyna was great! She was very thorough, cleaned place that the others missed or ignored, and was friendly. The prices are reasonable as well. We will definitely be using her more often! Thank you Reyna.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The pricing was high, but the quality did not match. The team seemed rushed and unwilling to communicate. They came in, did a quick surface clean, and left.
This was supposed to be a post-construction cleaning for the kitchen, half refrigerator (which was completely skipped), living room, 2 big windows, 1 sidedoor and restroom, with an estimated time of 4 hours. However, they finished in only about 1.5 hours, which showed in the results. Many areas were clearly untouched.
The floors were especially concerning—they had a bad smell afterward, likely because the mop water wasn’t changed or proper cleaning products weren’t used.
I chose them because they did a great job at my sister’s house before, so this was very disappointing. If they were in a rush or had scheduling conflicts, they should not have accepted the job.
