This is my second time buying here. I feel like they did an excellent job in helping me make a informed decision on exactly which products will be best for my application.

This is the sister company to I think it's called Heavenly grass or something like that. In this particular store they sell rolls of excellent artificial turf. They are very knowledgeable about their field, they do have sales to accommodate people with lower budgets, you can get custom sizes as long as pretty much has a 15-foot side anywhere, and they just seem to know everything about it. They're super nice, and laid back, and I highly recommend them if you want to do anything with artificial turf

We had been researching artificial grass for a small space in our yard for months. We had actually decided on a product through another company (via a major home improvement chain). The one thing we couldn't find in the appropriate amount we needed was the infill. I called Heavenly Greens, and was referred to Artificial Turf Express (I think they may be related). These guys are simply AMAZING! Not only did we buy the infill here, but we actually got MUCH BETTER QUALITY artificial grass for the same price as the stuff we almost bought. We also got the seam tape and glue, and were able to have it all delivered (we are in Sonoma County). I have already referred a couple of friends here. Do yourself a favor - check here before you buy anywhere else!! Top notch!

Recently installed the artificial turf in my backyard. It is beautiful and my dog loves it - she rolls over on it few times a day! Elias did a superb job installing it - flawless from preparing the area, getting the materials from the store and finishing it. He is super responsive and keeps his time at every step of the process from the first consultation to the end. Highly recommend both the turf and Elias.

Really good service from Gregg who patiently talked me through the product range and what to look out for. Plenty of samples to take home and compare. They also referred me to 3 landscapers they trusted and said would do a good job which was really helpful to then get and compare quotes. Quality of the turf is awesome. Very happy customer and I won't even bother looking anywhere else next time!

They got a hold of my credit card number somehow and tried to charge me, I live in Ontario, Canada

I made a purchase at Artificial Turf Express totaling $6,422.70. Shortly after, within two hours of making the purchase, I decided to cancel the order. The turf I purchased was never picked up, and the cancellation was made well before any processing or shipping could have occurred.

However, upon canceling the order, Artificial Turf Express charged me a 20% restocking fee amounting to $1,284.54. At no point during the transaction was I informed about any restocking fee, either verbally or in writing. There were also no visible signs in the store that indicated the existence of such a fee.

I find this charge to be unfair and deceptive. The merchant failed to disclose this critical piece of information before completing the transaction, which is not only unethical but also potentially illegal under consumer protection laws.

I respectfully request that the BBB assist in resolving this issue by asking Artificial Turf Express to refund the $1,284.54 restocking fee. I believe that other customers should be aware of this practice, and I would like to ensure that the merchant adheres to proper business practices in the future.
