Very professional and knowledgeable

High expertise and knowledge in HVAC units of all models. Only ones who could fix my unit and figure out what was going on. They specialize in commercial real estate but will service single units.

I had a great experience with this company I believe the technician name was Chaz he was vary intuitive

I actually want to give zero stars. This morning they sent a person who wanted to charge us an hour and a half after spending less than 10 minutes for a leak issue that did not get resolved.We are not responsible if the company chooses to send someone out to a location an hour away. We were not informed we will be charged for the time the technician spent commuting to our home. The person they sent was rude and made a racially derogatory remark towards us. When I called him out for that he had the audacity to say I must apologize. Very bad experience.

I am not sure if LEFCO Inc. employees are very honest.
In a period of 2 years I used them three times to fix my air-conditioning and heater.
The first time they were over for half an hour but charged me $377.00 for one hour of labor..
The second time they were over I was charged $337.00 for 45 minutes (same issue as before)
The last time (July 2024) they came over for the same issue. They were there max. 45 minutes but charged me 1 1/2 hours labor ($411.00).
I will not use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone
