Therma/Legence(now) is the leading plumbing/fitting/steam/med gas/ hvac company in Silicon Valley. While they went from privately owned to nationally/internationally owned...they take care of their employees and many if not all before the transition are still in place...still feels like a family owned business. Hoping they can expand into Monterey County at some point so my commute isn't as far. But again...still feels like a family owned business...Hector and all the office staff are awesome as well as my GF Matt Raich! You want it done right the first time...go union...go Therma!

A VERY professional, high volume HVAC duct manufacturing company, a full service mechanical company, and a process equipment manufacturer.

I have had many specialty ducting components and other sheet metal parts made for a cabinet shop and it's custom CNC machine. The quality has always been top notch. My customer would rather have the fit and finish in its open areas at Therma's custom prices than use off the shelf parts that have to modified in place.

Their work is just top notch! I have ordered everything from custom electrical gutters with covers and end plates to 2-1/2" custom taps into 4" ducts for the suction on a CNC machine. Perfect dimensions, patience during the requirements gathering process, delivery with a smile, ahead of time I might add.

If you want home depot prices go to home depot. If you want good service and prices on excellent work, go to Therma.

Can't say enough about this company this group of guys the work that they do and the high technology that they are getting involved in. There is a manager Paul there, great guy hard worker. The company is doing great things and hopefully will continue to.

I’m not sure about their services, but if they’re anything like their drivers, I would suggest going with a different company. Recently I had the displeasure of meeting on of them on the road on I280. The cut me and another driver off and then proceeded drive off erratically. To top it all off, the van they were driving has expired registration tags from 2024. Super sketch. Van #8676 on April 1st do better.

Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I cant speak to the company values, but their employees are very disrespectful and on two seperate occasions have cause problems with my company end employees. FIrst time they parked behind two of our vehicles completely blocking us in then disappeared for an hour. We sat waiting in a lobby for an hour waiting for this company to even locate their own employees. The second time, they took both of our visitor parking spots forcing our clients and visitors to find street parking. Keep in mind, we have never hired these guys and they use our lot like its theirs. Management has done nothing after calling them on both occasions.
I see other reviews about their employees being bad, so I guess I shouldnt be surprised, but I am not a fan of this company.
