1st time here today, friendly guy at the counter and seem to have alot of stuff a contractor needs. I needed high temp insulation and they had it, my usual place don't carry it, will be back here on the regular.

I needed a fairly simple connection for a brand new Costco dishwasher being installed in a manufactured home installation from existing PEX junk to modern(er) steel braided line and the kind CSR named Major at Lowe's on Ridder Park Dr. gave me excellent directions here, for which I am grateful to say the least.
Their customer service was exemplary and knowledgeably helpful, even though I fudged the connection and had to return for added assistance, I was helped complete my mission. For the time being. It turns out I will need more help tomorrow and will return to this place again if I ever need assistance.

This place is great I called for information on a part I was waiting on and Jesus answers he was very nice on getting all my questions correctly answered he is very patient he did not rush to hang up on me until all my questions where answered for sure next time I call I will ask if he can help me. I’m not saying anyone in this business is rude I’m sure everyone is great but Jesus was awesome thanks a lot Jesus 👍

Better than home Depot for plumbing related products although it is now owned by Ferguson plumbing supply. You'll get better plumbing products from here... Friendly staff. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable

Armando is the best! I'm doing a bathroom remodel and it is intimidating to visit different plumbing stores to get parts for my project. Armando was very helpful and patient with me in store. The team also respond quickly over email.

They have really good pricing for most things and you can check on build.com to see if that's something they carry and check with the store for availability and quote.

Thing to note for homeowners, this is a know-what-part-you-need kind of store, not a showroom. Cal-Steam is now owned by Ferguson.

Its show that they close at 2 and I'm here and its close already. Bad they need to fix this so you dont run to come and they close sooner.
