Price is not the lowest but competitive and he really worked hard on our old 70 yr old house sewer which I don't know if it's ever been cleaned.

Update : Also had Tai replace the PRV. Pressure around the house is now excellent!

Price for snaking the sink was $185
Price for PRV replacement was $550

Tai is by far the most knowledgeable, responsive and affordable plumber that I have worked with.

I first worked with Tai to help replace a couple of kitchen faucets and saw how efficient, clean and punctual he was. From there, he has assisted with several larger projects including: installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system and also making several upgrades to our water heater including installing a descaler, expanding the input valve and setting up the recirculation pump which allowed us to get hot water in every part of the house within 10 seconds instead of 2 minutes.

I have recommended Tai to my mom to do the same services and recommend his plumbing services to all my neighbors and friends.

They failed to pull permit for me and now SJ city may fine me!!! Plus, if I need them to redo some things due to the City inspector's orders, I don't know that they will. I hope so!
