Competent and efficient service was effective in repairing and replacing my 60+ year old house broken clay pipes sewage system with PVC piping all the way to the main line under the street. Well done.

We had tiles slowly sinking, so we removed them to level them again. This is when we found those huge holes underneath... We thought we had a leak with the main water pipe close by so we contacted Elite Rooter. We scheduled an appointment and Armando showed up on time. We found out that our pipe from the '70 was probably leaking from the meter, the house connection, and probably multiple places in between...We also learned that the main shutoff valve wasn't working. At the end, it was cheaper and more efficient to cutoff the old pipe and build a new copper one. They got to work right away and it took 2.5 days. Armando was very professional, communicative, and very well organized. Calling with ETA every day, letting me know whenever he was leaving for lunch or to pick up the parts needed. He answered all my questions in detail. After they were done, our front yard looked like nothing happened!

I called Elite Rooter because my kitchen sink has been draining slowly over several weeks, getting progressively worse. Agustin arrived at the scheduled time, and proceeded to do his job and clear the blockage. He was courteous, explained clearly what he was doing, and used shoe covers and put paper on the floor to avoid making any mess in my house. He completed the task within an hour or so.

Augustine was very responsible and professional. He tried clearing the clog from the kitchen twice, and when that didn’t work, he went to the garage and used the cleanout to successfully resolve the issue.

Romeo helped to clean my drain. Very happy about his job. He first did thorough diagnostics and then suspected my slow drain is due to grease built-ups in my p trap pipes. After dissembling the pipe, he noticed very heavy built-ups and suggested multiple options to fix them. I ended up choosing the hydro jetting in order to solve the problem for all and get a 5 year warranty. Romeo performed the job nicely and efficiently.

A big shout out to Zac. He showed up early for a leak emergency. He broke down what was going on with our upstairs bathroom and made some basic repairs as well has snake out the drain. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for fast and professional service.

I just had a severely plugged toilet that needed to be fixed. Elite Rooter sent out Eric, who arrived about 30 minutes after the phone call. He was extremely professional and courteous. He had it fixed in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Elite Rooter for any plumbing situation.
