Efficient, punctual and effective! Always a good experience with this service and they are always same day - which is a huge bonus! Technicians are always considerate and polite. Matthew was great today and was able to fix my shower drain in under 30 min! Highly recommend

I had a second service with Plumbtree and Matthew was my technician on this visit
He was very knowledgeable, personable and courteous.

I was told my my propane company that I had a leak somewhere under the house, that's it. I called Plumbtree Plumbing, they were able to come out the next day. They located and repaired the leak quickly.

These guys are great, extremely responsive, very prompt and organized, were able to come out and replace my water tank same day as leak occurred, would use again!

We had lost all hot water in our shower, because the shower faucet cartridge failed. It was at least 15 years old. The shower was not built correctly and the cartridge was inaccessible behind the shower wall. (This is not normal.) I called Plumbtree on Friday and they sent Bruce over the next morning. He carefully cut an opening in the wall to extract and replace the cartridge for us. Hot showers again, yay! Thank you Plumbtree!

This is my second time using Plumbtree plumbing service and it has been excellent, again! There was an emergency situation on Sunday afternoon with water pipe breaking right at the point where water from mains enter the house. I called Plumbtree and within an hour they arrived, identified the cause and installed temporary fix for the day. Next day promptly came back and installed permanent fix. Great service, very professionally handled. Highly recommend!

Had Plumbtree install a water softener and just had them back (about a month later) for a clogged drain - same courteous service, same booties to protect the house, same clean up after he was done. I will be calling them for all of my house plumbing issues.

We needed to replace a toilet and had to order one to fit the space. Both Francisco who came out the first time to see what we needed, and Ernie who came to install the new toilet, were very professional and friendly. The company was very responsive from the moment of our first inquirey until the job was finished. We would definitely recommend Plumbtree and will call them again if we need another job done.

Cartridge replacement done correctly. Original screw was seized, so extra work was needed. They immediately went to the store to get the shower handle to replace. Work quality is good and they handled the issue professionally.

Every person I dealt with was competent, pleasant, and helpful. Matthew, Mario, Ron, Ernie. I called regarding an ongoing overflow problem with my laundry line. They came out the same day, did an inspection in the crawl space, and we decided on replacing the 56 year old drain line. Once they got it out, I could see from the buildup why nothing was getting through. They also answered all my questions and explained exactly what they were doing.

We had an issue at living room that shows water leak sign and Nahum could come out the same day and inspected thoroughly every aspect and confirmed there is no water leak but other reason. Nahum was very knowledgeable and willing to help us in a genuine care I was very happy to have him to look into our problem. Plumbtree is definitely a go to company with any plumbing issue!

I had a great experience with Nuhan and Mathew from Plumbtree. Nuhan came to check the water pressure in a couple of places and gave me an honest diagnosis and estimates to fix the issues that were reasonably priced. Matthew came in to fix the issue and it he was professional and resolved it quickly.

Needed some new work done and Ricky and Nahun did excellent work. Had a leak in the kitchen and a bathroom and both were fixed on the same days. They were punctual and clean. My second time using these folks and it was 5 stars both times.
