I have had Art over to my house several times now to fix my ice maker in my Kitchenaid refrigerator, my Bosch Washing machine twice for 2 different reasons, my Kitchenaid double ovens and my Bosch dishwasher. There is a reason I keep calling the same person to fix all my appliances. First and foremost because he has the knowledge and ability to fix a wide variety of appliances. Second, he is very responsive. Half the time he was able to come over same day and always within 24 hours. Lastly, he is fair and reasonably priced. Add those up and he is the only person I call for my appliance repairs and as a real estate agent, the only person I refer to my clients for their appliance repair needs.

I would have given 10 stars if that is even possible. Art and his team are very professional, courteous and compassionate in resolving our predicament on the very first visit. Thank you for an excellent quality service. We can now enjoy our fridge and our abode feels like a home again. I highly recommend Art Appliance Repair. The very best!

Art was The Best!! He was quick, courteous, fair, knowledgeable and I’d call him again and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair person. He works on Samsung and it’s hard to find someone with the knowledge and confidence to do so. Thank you Art!!

So at first I read all of the reviews and thought to myself there's no way Art can really be this good. Let me tell you it is all true. My scepticism was quickly gone once I first met Art. He knew exactly what he was doing, diagnosed the problem to the igniter literally in 10 min or less. Art went to get the part from his truck and changed the part in an hour. I'm sure he would have been done faster if it were not for the oven being stubborn with rusted screws. Art was very professional, nice and cleaned up after he was done. If I have any other repairs in the future I will certainly cal Art again.

I was very happy with quick and easy response to service request and diagnosis. Very knowledgeable about my GE refrigerator issue so solved it within short period of time without any need for new parts!

I am very pleased I found Art Appliance online. I've worked with other appliance service companies in the Bay Area and no one else compares. Atoor is very professional, very cost effective, and most importantly fixes the problem! He's recently replaced the compressor in a subzero refrigerator for me, as well as replaced a bad broiler igniter in a Dacor oven. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of his work. His work estimates also came in lower than other competitors, and they were more detailed in regard to parts to be replaced and timeline to complete the work. Art Appliance is a top-tier service provider in my experience and I highly recommend their work.

I called Tuesday morning and Art arrived in 30-min! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my Sub-Zero fridge and made the repairs in 30-min. He *could* have told me the compressor was bad, but being the honest man he is, replaced a faulty relay! Wow!

If you have a Bertazzoni range, do yourself a favor and save Art's number right now!! I called no less than 10 appliance repair companies, and Art is the only one who will work on them. He's very knowledgeable (Bertazzoni even recently asked him to be their service rep in this area), and keeps digging until he finds the problem and can fix it for you. He's also super nice, and was willing to chat with my kids while he worked. He's very responsive, and keeps you posted every step of the way. Thank you, Art!!

ART did a wonderful job on our SubZero refrigerator, and was so knowledgeable we brought up two other problems which he also easily fixed, and at a good price. The high-end fridges came with the house and when I went through the manufacturer to get their "approved" service guys out, all those guys wanted to do was sell me a new model! Completely unhelpful. Art diagnosed the problems quickly, explained them plainly, quote a price he stuck to, and fixed them. I was missing a part on the broken icemaker and he even fabricated a replacement piece rather than insisting we re-order the whole mechanism. Very very pleased.

Finally found someone trustworthy who actually understands these expensive appliances and knows how to service them correctly

I was lucky to find Arthur on Google by his company "Art Appliance " and also in LG website.
He is very responsive, knowledgable , , ,fast and reliable with high quality on his work. He fixed my LG French door refrigerator and it's working fine now.
I highly recommend him for refrigeration units repairs.

We have a Viking professional series gas stove top that cannot ignite. The first time we had a technician trying to fix, but failed, and told us that the part is discontinued (which is wrong). This time, based on google and yelp the reviews, I found Art Appliance. I made an inquiry online on 1/16/2020, got call back within 10min; scheduled on site checkup two days later. On 1/18/2020 the owner came on time. They identify the issue quickly and the BIG plus is that they had the part on hand(no need to order). They replaced the ignite device in 15min. They also fixed the messed up wiring (caused by previous technician). Everything is done within an hour. We appreciated their smart and efficient work, and thanks for sharing some maintenance tips with us. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I used this firm after my Sub-Zero quit operating because they came highly rated. When I called this company, they scheduled a visit to assess the appliance's problem for that day. They arrived on schedule, and in less than 30 minutes, they had my fridge looking brand new, which really impressed me. Extremely pleased with their service; as a result, I have added them to my favorites in case I ever have maintenance concerns again.

My husband searched for different appliance repair and relied on the comments here. And we are happy he did.
Art is very efficient and he is trustworthy. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.
He even showed up early to the appointment and looks professional.

Left multiple messages and never got a call back. No one ever answered the phone directly. Always went to voicemail. Not sure if this place is in business.

Update: I used their online contact form to request service and got an almost immediate response. We scheduled an appt and they showed up right on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and fixed it. Then I had them look at our garage fridge because the freezer wasn't working. They quickly diagnosed and fixed that problem as well. In both cases, they saved us a ton of time and money because they could fix the problems with no parts and no return visit. Definitely recommend these guys.

Came out the same day as promised. Evaluated the problem right away of our LG refrigerator. Said it it would take about 2 hours to complete repairs, it was actually a little less. Very friendly and cleaned up after too. We would definitely recommend Art to anyone.

My ice maker died and Art installed a new ice maker. Everything is perfect. This is the third time using Art Appliance. The first time Art repaired a refrigerator and it was a very difficult task but he got the job done. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

The day did not start off well - as my refrigerator/freezer “cried for help”.
I called Art Appliance Repair in San Jose and spoke to the owner Atoor.
He said he could come by this afternoon.
He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.
The icing on the cake was that he charged me a very fair price.
He was cordial and professional and I clearly would use his services again if needed.

Art fixed Sub Zero freezer same visit, very straightforward service

My LG refrigerator was out of order but the problem was solved very well. The service man was so friendly and professional. He scheduled the appointment as soon as possible and came to my house on time. Then, he diagnosed the problem quickly. The problem was a compressor problem and he start to fix it right away. He cleaned up every trash made from the repairing work after he fixed the refrigerator. He also provided me some tips to prevent the same problem happening again. My refrigerator works well now!

Neighbor was right, Art does excellent work on Sub Zero appliances
