Original Review: Repaired our huge corporate Jura for $400. Only took him a day. Delighted. So much easier than our previous method of sending it back to Jura for maintenance.

My Jura coffee machine grinder was not working. I brought my Jura to Hotncold and they fixed it and cleaned and replaced all the o-rings to prevent future problems. I believe this will extend the life of my coffee maker. Good service.

Excellent place to get a Jura fixed. Took my Z10 in on a Thursday afternoon - was fully fixed by Friday and the owner even arranged for me to pick it up on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended!

I have a 12 year old Jura fully automatic machine that gets used all the time. I was getting an error message on and off. Took it to Hot N Cold. Ron fixed it with no problem. Quickly! Did a good job for a reasonable price. If it stops working again, Hot N Cold is the only place I would trust to fix it.

I have a Jura fully automatic coffee machine which got stuck somewhere inside and failed to turn on a couple weeks ago. I called Hot N Cold about this issue and wanted to find out the repair cost. Ron was so nice to tell me how to do the clean-up inside the chamber and powder chute before sending it to the shop. My coffee machine is working again after the clean-up, without the need to pay for any repair. I would recommend Hot N Cold's service, and Ron's advice is highly appreciated!

My 10 year old Jura S9 was starting to act up after 5 years since the last time Ron serviced it. I was so glad to see that he was still in business! With his experience, he was able to diagnose and determine what needed to be repaired in very short order. Two days after dropping off the machine, I had it back on my kitchen counter almost like new! To top it off, Ron is a great guy! I cannot recommend him highly enough. If your Jura should ever need repairs, he is the guy to go see. Thank you, Ron!

I recently took my Jura Z10 to Hot and Cold for repair due to a sputtering issue with milk and foam dispensing. I was informed that there would be a $300 diagnostic fee, plus additional costs for parts and labor. After receiving an email stating the machine was repaired, I was shocked to find the total cost was $363. Several parts were replaced and cleaned, but upon picking up the machine, the sputtering issue persisted. Following this, I contacted Ron, who advised me to return the machine. After waiting several days for an update, I reached out again and learned he was unable to resolve the problem. I decided not to have him continue tinkering with it. When I picked up the machine, there was no offer to refund any of the fees I had paid. Now, I am out $363 and will have to send the machine back to Jura, which I should have done initially. I would not recommend Hot and Cold for Jura repairs.

Rather negative experience. Had the motor changed, but received the machine back missing 4 screws, two of which were supposed to hold the brewing unit in place. As the result, almost immediately the gears from the motor to the unit started slipping, making cracking sound, and in about a week or so the unit was completely pushed out of place by the force of slipping gears and steam pressure. And when I opened the machine, I found that the gear guide is broken.
So I had to buy another machine, because I figured that wasting ANOTHER $400+ in Hot-n-cold for a repair, which would only break things, is not gonna work for me.
P.S. There is also the cup for the diagnostics socket missing.
I did not mention communication. E-mail does not work at all, the phone conversations are vague.
