Beautiful location, awesome company!

Never been to location, but love their products! Fixed many a toilet with their repair kits.

We've used Fluidmaster parts for years and cannot be more happy with their quality and reliability. Products are easy to install even for a novice and once you do it, you feel like an expert. If you do have questions, you can contact their technical support and they will take care of you.

I purchased a 2x pack of PerforMAX 400H Fill Valves at Amazon and was impressed by the detailed and easy-to-follow instructions.

Both fill valves installed perfectly and did not leak. The initial flow and level settings were very close requiring a minimum of adjustment.

Providing clear instructions make it easier and less stressful to do-it-yourself.

Top toilet company from my experience. I've installed their products in 2 toilets in our home. After years of use one toilet started a slow leak. Fluidmaster customer service walked me thru troubleshooting the issue and then sent me a replacement part so I could fix my toilet. No need to call and pay a repair person. Very thankful for this company and their products.

I’ve installed a few of their toilet workings over a twenty-five year span (when I say a few, it’s because they last for well over a decade). However, I did install one a couple of years ago and it’s not working properly- you have to take the toilet lid off and press a small button to jump start it. Rather disappointing.

We purchased a fluid master universal fill valve for a bathroom toilet. I installed it and checked for leaks. Everything looked great. Water bill came. $200.00 more than normal bill. I had the city come check the meter. Made sure all water was off in the house. Long story short, the seal under the blue cap was faulty. Called customer service. customer service was aware of the issue with the seal. I’d recommend you purchase what you need from another company. A lot to pay for a faulty seal.
