Pacific Plumbing Systems has been our plumber of choice since we moved to Hayward in 2011. Jesus Gonzalez has done excellent work replacing several old and corroded faucets, supply valves, lines, toilets and other fixtures. Proactive maintenance has saved us a lot of headaches.

Todd was very professional, continuing on until he had fully diagnosed the problem, showed up on time and the fees were reasonable for the service provided.

Had to call them again for services and again, always comes out with a happy ending. Had to unclog a drain and I did everything that I thought I could (liquid clog remover, snaking, hot water..) but they came and knew what to right away. Even replaced a few other parts that were severely outdated and on the brink of falling apart. Always give them a call if service is needed. I always do and so do my parents!

Our house in San Leandro is over 100 years old. I have been a customer of Pacific Plumbing Systems since 2003 when they replaced my sewer lateral. Since then, they have replaced my gas lines, my water pipes, the kitchen waste pipe, outdoor water faucets, water heater, indoor plumbing fixtures--the list goes on. They have always been available when a problem arises and completely reliable. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Pacific Plumbing several times in my fourplex and I will continue to call them any time I have a plumbing issue because their service is excellent. I had an issue with a shower today and they were able to book my appointment quickly ~ the problem was fixed correctly ~ the technician was knowledgeable and polite (as always) and their pricing is reasonable.
