The Blu Summit Real Estate Group had a pleasure to work with R & R Construction on a couple of projects. R & R is an excellent Builder, Developer and General Contractor.

R & R did our dance studio build out (3,100 sq feet with walls, electrical, plumbing, etc) and did an amazing job! They took care of all our permits needed as well with the city. We loved working with this local company. They were easy to work with, dependable, reasonably priced and skilled in every area. I would recommend them 100%!

These guy are in charge of a project 3090 Pol Ave in North Park and they are starting concrete pumping at 630 in the morning. construction is not allowed outside the hours of 7am - 7pm. Didn't provide business card, and doesn't answer phones. Have to call code enforcement and Contractors State Licensing Board since these guys don't know how to be professionals.
