The company is run like a fine tuned machine starting from making contact, clear cut communication throughout the service, sales, and installation processes. White glove service all the way and it was a pleasure to do business with a local company of this nature. I would highly recommend Action Air for your hvac needs. Thanks Team.

Very nice young technician. My one comment was that he recommended a surge protector for my heating unit. I'm somewhat upset that this was not part of the intitial installation since this is a new unit. Is this a way to make more money? I think it would have been installed at the time of this installation.

The air conditioning from my heat pump stopped working last night (a Thursday), so I called Action’s emergency number. The inside temperature was 80 degrees. The person listened to my problem and how the high temperature in my house was affecting me, especially since I am 80 years old. She worked through the schedules and set me up for Sunday service appointment. Then this morning (Friday) Action service called me and offered an appointment that day before noon! The technician was Keith Herlich. Keith checked everything, including the air handler in the attic to the outside unit. He was thorough and very professional. He got everything up and running again and explained all that he had done to make sure each component of the system was in proper working order. Absolutely the best technician ever! Action really came through for me when I needed them most. Thank you Keith and thank you Action.

I've had Action Air out twice (now three times as they advised me to get a double flue for my heat, which turns out is a requirement). They serviced my air/heat and I have been very pleased with the quality of service I get from this company. I feel safe, and confident in their workmanship.

Oscar with Action Air Conditioning did a fine job checking our furnace. He was on time, friendly, courteous and did a thorough job.

Fernando was excellent. Kept us informed at all times. I will definitely use them again especially if it is Fernando!

We haven't signed a contract or anything yet, but these guys are so incredibly awesome. Thomas was unbelievably thorough, walked us through everything, and has answered our follow up questions (we have a lot) quickly. This is clearly a solid outfit that is doing a great job educating the customer. Highly recommend!

Fernando was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my air conditioning unit. He explained and demonstrated the problem in detail and was sensitive to all of the issues surrounding it, (Including dispose of a “bad actor” 🐀 that made a home in the unit). I was pleasantly surprised at such excellent customer service. He’s a stellar representation for

Lennox system was installed 8 years ago. Having some issues and Sam and Alex responded and provided great information. Issues will be resolved soon. Very happy with Action and their employees.

Rudy and Fernando are an incredible team! We are so grateful we had them as our installers. Had an HVAC unit maintenance tune-up. I was called when the Tech was 20 mins out and Eli did a fantastic job. He was courteous, asked great questions, and took the time to explain things. Very highly recommend!

Outstanding technicians. Angel was on top of every issue. Both Angel and Mathew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Action AC team was quick and thorough, with the our sales representative, Neil, even conducting a site visit to ensure all was going well. From start to finish every detail was addressed including maintenance and thermostat instruction as well as clean up. Action AC has my highest recommendation.

My experience with Action Air so far has been great! Had a brand new heat pump and air handler installed 6 months ago with minimal issues. For the issues I did have, technicians were dispatched promptly and free of charge.

Great staff! Worked quickly and efficiently replying to all my questions via phone, text, and email. Totally satisfied with the new unit which was purchased through Costco. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Jalvin Tolentino came to do the first maintenance of this 8 month old heat pump system installed by Action .
I was gladly surprised at the quiet, thorough and efficient work he performed. All documented with photos or videos of each of several components inspected.
When I asked a technical question, he knew his answer.

Action Air arrived the same day and serviced heating and air conditioning system and also made the necessary repairs. Everything works great and Peter did a great job.

Technicians Roberto Hernandez & Giovanni were highly trained, very professional and courteous. Passionately explained to me technical details, while I quizzed them during the process.
Very courteous and never irritated at all. The fact that they have received training at ACTION's internal academy came as a very pleasant surprise to me. Installation and repairs were verified to smallest detail before they left the site. I would strongly recommend ACTION and its wonderful team members,

Trinity and Kevin at Action A/C provide excellent customer service. Kevin was sent to my home to assess my system. He did a wonderful job. He took his time, and he provided me with all of my options. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my system. He provided a very thorough assessment, and ensured that all was returned back to normal. Kevin was professional, courteous, detailed, and approachable with questions.
