We walked into our kitchen late at night to find water all over the floor. Within an hour of calling Buddy Plumbing, a plumber was at our home diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified it as a slab leak, shut off the water to prevent further damage, and coordinated a water mitigation team to arrive shortly after.

The mitigation team worked through the night extracting water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to stabilize the situation. Thanks to Buddy Plumbing’s fast response and coordination, what could have been a catastrophic situation was brought under control quickly. If we hadn’t found the water when we did, and if Buddy hadn’t acted as fast as they did, the damage would have spread throughout the entire house.
