Luca was prompt for our appointment, thorough in his assessment, and he kept me up to date (with texts, emails and photos) on progress of various projects from gutters cleaning, moss treatment, gutter guards, and mortar repairs. I discovered Golden Gate Gutters from my neighbors. They did a great job for them and were highly recommended. Luca made some long overdue repairs to my copper gutters and they performed well during the recent rain storms. During his estimate visit, he also noticed that my west facing foundation vents were pretty badly corroded (a common problem on the coastside), at risk of allowing critters to get in. He also handled those repairs in an excellent way.

I hired Luca to clean gutters and drains at a property I manage in Hillsborough. He was very thorough and took necessary safety precautions for the hard-to-reach areas. We were happy with the results and hired him again to help with home improvement projects over time from drainage pipes installation, repairs to downspouts, painting and more. Had a great all-around experience with Luca. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and we set up a time for him to come and inspect my roof. The quote clearly outlined the expected costs, with different options for the type of gutters, spouts, paint color, etc. Once we agreed to the date, he showed up as promised and completed the work in a single day. When you don’t know anything about gutters, Luca at Golden Gate Gutters is a great teacher! He quickly answered all our questions and concerns on various gutters and the need for leaf filters or not. After the recent storms, my gutters needed clearing. GG Gutters was great; they suggested that we have them cleared and then install guards. The service was done in one day (clearing and installation.) The guys were pleasant and efficient. Our house is 1,500 sq feet, single story. I highly recommend the service with the guards because we no longer need to deal with clearing the gutters every year.
