Rush Air was very responsive starting from my Yelp inquiry to the completion of installation of my HVAC unit.

A friend of mine recommended these guys when I urgently needed to find someone to repair a heater at my mom's house. I don't live in that area, but I was able to take care of the problem over the phone. He was able to diagnose the problem with the unit just by me sending him a picture of it and a brief explanation of the problem. The heater was fixed the next day after I called.
It has been two month since the heater was fixed, and it didn't give me any problems since then.

Alex installed our new furnace and AC system and he was so great throughout the process. There were challenges along the way and he problem solved all of them for us. We are very happy with the set up and highly recommend his services!

Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn’t possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Even though he had had driven over, just to evaluate my heater and taken time out of his day, he didn’t even charge me. I am so appreciative for this, and will definitely contact this company again if we have heater issues in the future. Thank you Alex!

When contacted about a new furnace, Alex got right back to me and asked for pictures of the old one. Based on the pictures he was able to determine what was needed and got right back to me with an estimate. Our ducts were old and contained asbestos. Alex was able to get us in contact with a very good environmental company to take care of the ducts with the asbestos. Our old furnace went out during the February cold spell and we were freezing. Alex showed up with two new space heaters which he had purchased himself for us to use.

Issue: Our gas furnace turned on, but no air was being pushed into the house. I called around and was hoping someone would respond within a few days. After day 4, I decided to call Rush Air Mechanical. Thankfully, Alex answered. I sent him pics and described the issue, and he made an appointment to come out the next day.

On the day of our appointment, Alex arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and gave us quotes. We then set up another appointment to replace the furnace the next day. The furnace we chose to go with was in stock at the time, so there were no delays.

Now we have heat, thanks to Alex and his team! From the day I called Alex to the day of the replacement, it took less time than when I was waiting for local companies to call me back. Excellent service all around! We highly recommend Rush Air Mechanical!

I highly recommend Rush Air Mechanical. We’ve experienced difficulties with 2 basement furnaces over past year. In each case, Rush did not pressure us into pursuing expensive options such as installing new furnaces but rather worked with us to replace or repair the furnace thermostats. Their courteous, professional communication, and speedy follow-up was much appreciated & we look forward to working with them on future projects!!

When we tried to turn the heater on a few days ago, we could hear it trying to come on. It would start up like it was working, but then after a few seconds it would just shut down.

After checking yelp reviews, I saw that Rush Air Mechanical had all 5 star reviews (not even a 4 star review!). So hoping that we would get a response in the next 24 hours I called the number. And thankfully, we received a text back from Alex with an hour.

He asked for a photo of the unit, and then asked me to run a few tests. After those tests all failed, he let me k ow that he had availability the next day, but would also let me know if he would have time later that day. Well he must have finished his PM appointment early because he texted me a few hours later saying he could be at our house in a few hours if we were available.

After Alex arrived, he spent some time looking at the unit, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It turned out that we had some spider webs inside one of the tubes that was preventing the unit from igniting.

Anyway, Alex fixed the problem and was on his way all in less than an hour. I’d highly recommend Alex and Rush Air Mechanical to everyone!

We had our AC and furnace installed by Alex and his team at Rush Air last year. We chose him for his expertise, and we’ve stayed in touch because of the kind of person he is. Alex is the guy who looks after you well beyond the contract. He takes real pride in his work and never pushes unnecessary upgrades. We know, because we had several other HVAC companies come out before him.

Just recently, Alex came by to swap out our filters, completely free of charge, and ended up walking us through a few extra tips while he was here. It was great catching up with him again.

Alex responded quickly to my request to look at furnace that was intermittently working. It was an old furnace that I tried to repair several times unsuccessfully, and he recommended replacing it. He was courteous and straightforward, and I had a new furnace installed for a good price within a couple of days. Thanks Alex!
