He was able to come to the house very soon, spent a great deal of time finding out why the electric heat pump wasn't working, and put it in order.

Originally I was having issues with my hot water getting to one of my bathrooms, but it was handled quickly with help from Elevated Comfort. They told me about their memberships, “grandma Mac club” and I’ll be able to have my water heater checked every year. Nice to have the professionals check it out!

Our water heater went out in or rental home it was leaking badly, in San Rafael. We called Elevated Comfort thankfully they were able to get us on the schedule for the same day! When Jose and Ian arrived they got right to work. Looked at the water heater in the garage and gave us upfront pricing, no hidden fees. Straight forward pricing quick and efficient work too! From this experience we are looking forward to adding a new AC/heat system in the spring, for our rental as well as our personal home. It's hard to find honest and reilable companies these days, IF I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

I had a very satisfying experience with Elevated Comfort. I was having issues with my toilet, they answered my call and came down within the same day. They solved my issue very efficiently and quickly. They were also friendly which is always appreciated. Will be using them again and highly recommend!

Our experience with Elevated Comfort was one of the best we have had with any contractor, from the initial phone call to the final testing.

JP was a pleasure to work with. He discussed possible options with as much detail as we wished, and recommended an option that was less costly than we had planned. He strongly recommended that we enlarge the return ductwork, and that has resulted in an extraordinary change for the better in the heating of our house. He reviewed the data from our solar panels and our electricity and gas usage, and made recommendations on heat pump settings.

When I spoke on the phone with Alexandria about scheduling the work, I was pleasantly surprised at her knowledge of the details of the job. She explained the possible effect of the holiday on the delivery of equipment, and gave me excellent information on arrival times based on time of day and traffic. For every appointment, we were sent an estimate of the arrival time, along with a photo of the technician and vehicle. She definitely made me confident that the project was being managed well.

Alex was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the details of the project, and the reasoning behind all of JP's recommendations. It was clear that he understood our needs and the best way to address them.

Miguel handled the installation flawlessly. He explained every step of what he and Mario were doing. They were fast, neat, and considerate. Before each day's work, and before he left for the day, he asked me if I had any questions. When he finished the installation, he went over it with me in detail, and we tested the system together. He made it clear what to expect next, and encouraged me to contact him if there were any issues.

It was clear that the members of the team communicate with each other, and that they are well trained to provide a very reassuring experience for their customers. We couldn't be more pleased.

Elevated Comfort is efficient and gets the job done! I needed to replace my hvac system quick with the holidays coming and went with a heat pump that works great! Extremely pleased with this company. They installed a heat pump and replaced all my ducting three years ago. I am on a maintenance program and very pleased to have set this up. A recent maintenance identified a significant dirt build up on the inner fan. I had this cleaned and immediately noticed an improvement. System is heating faster and quieter. The staff are a pleasure to work with. I have a sense of security with regular check ups.

Great customer service from the office and then to my home, I had a very pleasant experience overall. I saw they had a promotion running for a furnace tune up, and was informed of their water heater tune up too! I had two technicians out and they were able to make the required adjustments for me. Thank you team Elevated for making my home feel safe!
