We hired Patriot Mechanical when both our heating and A/C recently went out. They were quick to schedule and were able to get to the root of the issue quickly. The technicians were professional and helped explain the easiest way to get everything fixed and running.

I called Patriot Mechanical during a heat wave I spoke with Chris and he was very responsive and scheduled an appointment same day due to his understanding we have young children. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company!

I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.
