One Stop Maintenance is outstanding! They really cared about us as a client and took care of even the smallest details - even things we didn't think to ask for. Their service is more comprehensive than others I have used and the price is fair. The owner is very responsive and provided a fast turnaround for us even though it was last minute. Highly recommend!

John (the Owner) was absolutely fantastic - he responded immediately to my inquiry, was flexible in setting a time that worked for me, charged a reasonable rate, and did a fabulous job cleaning our very dirty awning!! I would recommend One Stop any time and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I used John for painting services for my home. He was prompt for the appointment for the quote and the job. The best part is that John just does not help with painting but he also helped with some bathroom and flooring issues.

One Stop Maintenance provides janitorial & cleaning services for 3 of my commercial buildings in San Rafael and 1 office building in San Francisco. Their prices are low and service is great, I never have issues with the company or the employes. John is very responsive and always answers his phone. When I need and extra pressure wash on the sidewalk, John or his employees are there within the hour. I have dealt with many cleaning services in my area, but One Stop and John are top notch!

BEWARE!! I used them for janitorial work at my apartment complex. I got a call a week ago from the worker who came out three separate occasions saying they did not pay them for their services. The worker is seeking payment from us. This is truly disturbing.
