Local plumbing recently helped me with locating and fixing a leaking pipe in the ceiling, as well as a couple of other issues. They were very responsive, easy to schedule, and communicative. I highly recommend them.

I needed a plumber, so I called my electrician. He immediately said these are your guys, Local Plumbing out of San Rafael.

Wow! I called them and the owner picked up. He was affable and very accommodating. He booked me for the following morning.

The plumber he sent was
named Ricky. He showed up on time and could not have been more friendly or capable.

Ricky removed and capped a sink I no longer need in our kitchen island and he modified the plumbing in our primary bath so that we no longer have to wait for hot water when we shower.

After so many challenging experiences with other plumbing companies, we finally found our go to! Local Plumbing out of San Rafael was top-notch to deal with on our shower issues. Joe, the technician, diagnosed the issue within minutes and had it repaired on the spot. He was timely and professional, and explained things in a way that helped me understand the problem and subsequent fix. We can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Wow! I was very impressed with Local Plumbing, especially Joe! I’m always nervous about choosing the right company to work on my house because as a single mom, I have no clue about this stuff. I was so thrilled that Joseph was sent to my rescue, explaining everything well enough that I actually understood for once!! He was beyond patient with me and my million questions, reassuring me that there’s no such thing as a dumb question.
