I have used these guys for a large project and can say that we are nearing the end of the whole treatment process with success. Jeremy and the team are great, they were flexible and very knowledgeable. Hopefully wont be needing there services anymore, but if I do. They will be the first people I call. Thanks BABB!

I called to get an estimate, Jeremy actually recommended me to get a 3rd party inspection to confirm if the house has bedbugs or not before the treatment. It turns out there was no bedbugs, the extra step saved me lots of $. Jeremy was honest, full of knowledge and professional. Totally appreciated the suggestion, thank you so much!!

I had the spray bed bug extermination done recently. It was super easy to schedule and have the service. Felipe did an excellent job making sure all of the areas in the house got spray treatment. The bugs died soon after. If you are getting your bed bugs removed, request Felipe!! The 6 month warranty is a definite perk.

I called Bay Area bed bugs and the lady Nina who answered the phone was so professional she recommended scent tek before any treatment and also explained the treatment processes if I had bed bugs comes to find out I had no bed bugs . Jeremy from Bay Area Bed Bug came to our rescue when no other company cared to provide same day service for our emergency, They genuinely cared and did everything to help my family!! We were scheduled to leave on vacation when suddenly, my son encountered a bug problem that kept him awake all night and potentially could have caused us to miss our vacation! They sent a canine dog and his trainer and thankfully to God, it was not bed bugs. It was carpet beetles, a much easier fix!! They were so kind and sensitive to my son’s health and even proposed non toxic solutions if the worst had happened! So thankful to God for this excellent company and their extraordinary service and their concern for my family’s health and vacation! Truly excellent.

Jeremy and his crew are so professional, efficient and rescued me from a horrible bed bug infestation that had infested my kids room and bunk bed. We unknowingly lived with them for about 6 months! Immediately after talking to him he had emailed the contract, we had a date a couple of days out for the heat treatment. His email contained all the prep work that needed to happen and it was the best decision ever to go with his company! Two weeks out NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS! He even came out two weeks out to check and Respray since it was a bad infestation! Another reason I would recommend Jeremy is that he is completely professional. He answered my questions even on off business hours which I really appreciated and he came when he said he would every time. He was on my porch by 630 am on heat treatment day and let me tell you when your world is turned upside down you need someone you can count on. Jeremy and his crew are pros. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. They run a tight, small, well oiled operation. Less overhead means lower costs to the consumers without sacrificing a job well done. It's a win-win situation. Their warranty beat all of the other 4 bids I received to boot.

Jeremy is cheerful and flexible - rescheduled twice to work around my case of COVID and adjusted his procedures, increasing both heat and time to address my infestation. I had clothes moths rather than bedbugs, so there are no guarantees, but I think we got them all this time!

I'm so thrilled. I can sit on my sofa and not get bit. The technician was so friendly and explained what was going to happen. It was a pain to have to get the house ready but it was worth it. If you have a pest problem you should call them.

I was helping somebody move and when we got to the mattress, there were bugs! I snapped a photo and we all fled to outside completely grossed out and really afraid they were bedbugs. I contacted these folks and they let me text the photo and then immediately reassured me that it was a carpet, beetle bug and not bedbugs. Thank goodness! Their honesty and helpfulness let us sleep tonight and didn’t cost our friend, who doesn’t have a lot of money, to be without help her move.

We had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Bed Bug. They were professionals from the first phone call to the last call. They took care of our Short Term Rental quickly and expertly. I would not hesitate to use them again and would not waste my time with other pest control companies. We spent 3 months with other companies and they took care of it in one day!

We would definitely recommend this company for bed bug problems. We tried getting rid of them ourselves but to no avail. It was driving us crazy. We called Bay Area Bed Bugs on a Friday and they sent us a worker on Saturday morning. Nina and the others were so great to accommodate us. Ivan was our professional and he was so great at explaining everything and so sensitive to our emotional state about these pesty bed bugs. He continued to communicate with me , even over the weekend.
