Excellent customer service

Johnstone Santa Ana is great. Customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help and research the parts and equipment I need. Special shout out to Alfred, he is the man when it comes to ordering any parts or equipment. I only go to them when I need those First Company drain pans or air handlers. They are an awesome HVAC supplier!

Kind and knowledgeable staff! They go out of their way to best assist you in the best professional matter! If you are not licensed with a c20 or not a contractor employed, do not bother going to any HVAC parts house as you will not be helped! Keep up the good work Johnstone!

I have worked with this supplier for a long time and have had no problems. All the common parts are always in stock. If I need something special, they deliver it within 1-2 days. The guys at the counter are always friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Stephen, Alfred, and Albert!

Won't allow anyone besides contractors. I was trying to purchase parts for a contractor and was refused.

I spoke with Beto. He refused to get his boss or anybody else to talk to me because I did not have a contractors license. I disclosed I was not a contractor only that I was looking for help or at least help to find a place that could sell the parts to fix an home air compressor motor. He refused. Johnston is a big company and it’s shocking that they could allow somebody so unprofessional to represent their business. For what it’s worth, anybody who wants help, go somewhere else. You will be glad you did. Don’t waste your time with these people. You deserve better service. Good luck!

Well if you're not a contractor, they won't sell to you. They won't sell any products to homeowners... not good if you need some materials and the Home Depots don't have it.

How stupid you are requesting C20 to buy r134 Freon. Appliance repair company doesn’t need c20. We have our BEAR license and EPA.

Update: well it's shows again how stupid you are guys. So appliance repair technicians spending years to study and learn everything and you telling we are not technicians in CA?

That’s a nice chain of supply stores, but this one is worst. The guy refused to sell me anything cause I don’t have my personal c20 license. But I shouldn’t have my personal cause I work for licensed company and ofc in C20 license that i provided - company name instead of my personal name. He said I don’t have a company name on my jacket and that’s reason.
