I had a basic problem with replacing a battery that was hard for me to put in. It was very small. He helped me with it and I am very grateful.

Rich and his crew are miracle workers! After my previous contractor abandoned my ductless mini split system and left me with a huge mess to deal with I was completely panicked. After calling several local HVAC installers who “didn’t deal with ductless systems” I finally came across Advanced Air and Heating. Rich listened to my predicament and scheduled to meet me the very next day to see first-hand what I was dealing with. He assured me that his company was the absolute best when it came to installing ductless systems and that he could definitely help me.

My worst fears were realized when he arrived the next morning and took his time to show me how everything that had been done by the previous contractor was done wrong, and that I had obviously been the victim of a shady contractor. Rich told me straight up that it wasn’t going to be cheap but he would do the job for time and materials and that it would be done with absolute precision. Sure enough, him and his crew showed up on time every morning and they worked their butts off to get the install done and done right. And to top it off he even wrote up a letter that I could use when I take the previous contractor to small claims court.

I’m forever grateful for his sympathy, his and his crew’s hard work, and my outstanding new HVAC system. If you are looking for someone to install a ductless mini split system, don’t even hesitate to call them. I can assure you that you will get what you pay for and you will rave about them just like I am.

Great service , great work! Advanced recently installed a ductless, split system aircon into my house on the Riviera. I am very happy with the work that Rich and his assistant, Austin, did. Rich is very professional, knowledgeable and up front about the pros and cons of different systems and options for air conditioning my house. Due to the design of my house, it presented some challenges but I am confident in the work they did. They showed up promptly every morning and got the work done when they said they would. I had a very positive experience with Rich and Advanced and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My forced air furnace quit heating overnight and house was freezing cold in the morning. I called several HVAC and Advanced was the only one available for same-day service. Ernest came promptly at our 1pm appointment and finished troubleshooting the issue within fifteen minutes. He had it repaired in another fifteen minutes after a 30-minute run to the supply house for the broken part. He then tested the register vents for carbon monoxide, which none was detected. The repair price was very reasonable.

Advanced Air & Heating will be first on my list to call the next time I have an issue or want a quote to upgrade.

I was on the fence about getting a heat pump in my new home, and the owner of Advanced Air&Heating, Rich Moore, was fantastic. He spent the time on countless phone calls, explaining how the heat pump works and calculating a rebate that made upgrading for my family financially affordable.

On the installation day, he had a knowledgeable crew led by Ernest, who was kind, thoughtful, and also went out of his way to make sure I understood how to use the heat pump.

I highly recommend Advanced Air & Heating to anyone looking to upgrade their system. In fact, my dad and his wife recently went through them and were equally satisfied with their experience.

Incredible service and very fair price. AC went out on hottest August Day, Ernest made time for us on a Saturday and arrived exactly on time, immediate diagnosis - clearly competent. We were cool again in under an hour. Thank you !

We were very pleased with the service and demeanor of Ernest when he responded to our call to diagnose a non responsive heater.
He located the issue with minutes and remedied the problem to return the furnace to fulll operation. Our family will call AAH in the future as needed.
