In June this year you came to fix a mysterious leak! ( tube for water and ice on fridge was leaking, without water showing in the kitchen. But was sure leaking outside! Took 5 minutes to find and an other 5 to fix!

Have leak in upstairs bathroom & Mark from Coast P showed up on time to inspect & recommend procedure. Also recommended our water tank & old water softener needs replacing. A wealth of information! Mark spent over 2 hrs (!) discussing our options.

During a holiday week when what can go wrong, will go wrong; our water heater decided it didn’t want to work properly anymore. I called Coast, and even though they didn’t have a technician working, Aaron Wright THE OWNER came out to diagnose the issue, grab the parts from the shop and fixed the broken part of the heating element.

Our new water heater was installed correctly and worked as it should. Everything during the installation transpired just as the technician indicated. Success on this job was due to highly capable technician.
