We recently used Oakridge to install new under-floor support, subfloor, and flooring in one bathroom, and to do a more extensive remodel of a second bathroom. Roman and his team were responsive, courteous, and communicative throughout the process, as well as being quick to troubleshoot and doing quality work in a timely manner. We’re very happy with the finished product and will definitely use them again!

In September, I purchased a home with a completely non-functional detached garage. It had no power, no lighting, and no working doors, so I needed everything from electrical wiring to new doors/openers, outlets, lighting, and a security camera installed. After reaching out to several companies and receiving a wide range of estimates, I decided to go with Roman at Oakridge Construction.

While Roman wasn't the cheapest bid (nor the most expensive), he was by far the most transparent, detailed, and professional during the quoting process. This was my first time hiring a general contractor, and he set an extremely high bar for any future work I take on.

Throughout the entire project, Roman was consistently communicative, sending photos, videos, and updates as each stage progressed. My partner and I hadn't even moved into the home yet and were abroad for a week and a half during the renovation, and Roman kept everything moving smoothly without us ever feeling out of the loop.

A few unexpected issues came up, as they often do with older structures, but Roman approached each one with solutions, honesty, and a commitment to doing the job the right way with quality materials. It was clear he takes pride in his work.

I recently had Oakridge Construction install a backup battery system (Anker Solix) with a dedicated sub-panel at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the very beginning, Roman and his team were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained the whole process in detail, made sure everything was code-compliant, and the installation itself was super clean — the wiring and conduit work look perfect.

I recently had Oakridge Construction paint my Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. They did an extremely good job. They carefully removed all the photographs, wall art, removed the curtains and blinds from the windows, removed an LCD TV that was wall mounted, and either moved them to the garage or wrapped them in protective layers before starting the work. They also replaced the base boards, painted all the doors and gave a primer coat + two final coats of paint. The job was done on time and in a very professional manner. The team were very polite and courteous. The walls had some damager due to wear and tear. They did spot fixes as necessary. Once the painting was done, they also put back everything (TV, Photographs, Blinds, Curtains) The team also removed recessed lights from the ceiling and all the power outlets panels to do a complete job. All these were cleaned and put back (or replaced) after the paint job. Overall a 5 start job. I was so satisfied with the paint job, I also requested them to replace my stair case railing and paint the staircase quite tall (40 feet). They took all precaution to paint the tall ceiling and make sure the grand chandelier did not get any damage. Finally they did a fabulous job replacing the old railing and balusters. Overall extremely satisfied with the work, the pricing and the team. 5 star experience all around.

I recently had Oakridge Construction install a new Toto bidet toilet along with a dedicated GFCI outlet, and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Roman and his team did everything quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The electrical work was done to code, the toilet was installed perfectly, and the whole project looks very professional.

It’s rare to find a contractor who combines both technical skills and pride in their work, but Oakridge Construction truly delivers. I highly recommend Roman for anyone who wants quality workmanship and a stress-free experience.
