We hired barcadon for remodeling our garage. They did a fantastic job of finishing the garage with new
dry wall, hiding plumbing lines with utility doors, installing new electric water heater, recessed lighting and epoxy coating for the floor. Very professional and responsive to any feedback. The only thing that could have gone better was the duration. Estimation was 3 weeks but we ended up wrapping much later but the quality of work was great and we are happy to hire them again for upcoming work

We hired Barcadon to remodel our garage recently and are quite happy with the results. Parviz (Paul) quickly responded to my initial inquiry, set a time to come by and give an estimate. He quoted a fair price (we had 2 others quote) and provided a clear scope of work and a time frame for the work to be completed. The team doing the work was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, and they did good work, even rebuilding a step to our door to make it look like it's part of the floor and reworked some very old wiring.
They basically completed the work on-time with just a garage door opener issue that caused a delay, but I was happy with how they handled everything to make sure everything worked, looked good, and we were happy with the finished project. No surprises, good timely communication...would recommend.

I didn't take any good before/after pics but attached a couple that show the new vs. old flooring and a wall they finished and added electrical.

We just concluded our garage remodel and we are very happy with the entire process and results. We had a west-facing garage that gets very hot in the summer heat and a dark and dreary laundry area that we don't want to set foot in. Now our garage is insulated, bright and cheery, and we are thinking twice about parking our cars inside!

It's clear Parviz had the whole process streamlined - quoting to work completion took less than a month. We needed new plumbing and an electrical line installed for our laundry area beyond the standard remodel package.

Parviz keeps close tab of his crew's work progress and is very prompt in his communication. His crew are very skilled and took pride in their work. They kept the work site clean and neat every time before they leave for the day. I consider myself very meticulous and I couldn't find fault in their work! Parviz and his team did my entire garage remodel and it looks like a professional show room! It looks absolutely incredible and brings a smile to my face every time I walk in. They are very meticulous, detail-oriented, and did the job in about 2 weeks.

We contracted with Garage Lions to fix up the old detached garage and the driveway at our property. We worked with Parviz for the quote and the work, and having just gone through a full home remodel with lots of contractor issues, had a fantastic experience with Parviz. Parviz was prompt and responsive, got the work done with diligence, good quality and on time, and there were no surprises with demands for additional work and money. These have been difficult things to get with other contractors in our multiple years' home remodel experience with other contractors.

Parviz and crew completed a beautiful new driveway, fixed siding and panels on our garage, installed drywall, lighting, epoxy flooring and new doors in the garage. All in all we're quite happy with the end result as well as the process with Parviz.

The Parviz' team (electricians, walls isolation + sheetrock, floors) did an outstanding job remodeling our garage. During the course of remodeling they went above and beyond their line of work by proposing the more solid long term solutions for us. The work of everyone involved has been performed in every aspect at superior level - timely, pedant, by-the-code, clean. The communication has been intensive, and the small corrections we wanted have all been implemented to our satisfaction.

I recently had my garage remodeled by Garage Lion and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the work was excellent. We added 2 very large closets, insulation to all the walls, painted everything, new electrical subpanel, outdoor plugs, recessed lights, and epoxy flooring.

Throughout the remodel the contractor, Parviz, was very responsive and accommodating to my questions and concerns. For example, I wanted to wall off the water heater area which was very tight in space, and his team was able to do it. Another example was after the project and I had already paid, I found a small problem. His team came to fix it very quickly even though it was after the end of the project.

One of the main reasons we went with Garage Lions (vs other options) is they are related to a general construction business (Barcadon), and could handle the variety of work we wanted to get done: slab repair and new flooring, new cabinets, slat wall, new garage door and opener, EV charger installation. It was great to work with a single point of contact for all this work, instead of needing to arrange and coordinate across different companies and contractors.

The work was all high quality and built to last. It's a huge improvement over what we had before, and it feels like we're walking into someone else's garage because it's so different now.

We had a very unusable garage, no insulation, hazard from exposed wiring and nails, water leaked when raining, etc. It couldn't be used for anything other than storing a car.
Parviz offered us a solution for everything in a single package (including a new garage door and custom cabinets through other companies).
Now we have a garage that we are happy to use everyday and we can actually use to store our things without them getting dirty or damaged.
The interior of the garage is exactly as we desired, drywalls all around, attic storage with ladder, epoxy floor covering, one door raised and replaced, with steps, and another one changed for a wide window.
For the exterior side, the stucco replacement was great by the new window side, with color matching the previous one. The only thing we were not totally satisfied with was the finishing beneath the raised door, which was not totally aligned and looked a bit weird with the mix of wood and cement beneath the door.
Overall, we were satisfied with the work and would recommend it, just try to make sure you cover all the details when discussing the project, specially if you are a detail oriented person.

We are so happy with the results Parviz delivered! From the start of the project he made it clear that he’d keep working on the project until everything was exactly as we wanted it, and he lived up to his word. Even as we saw intermediate progress and got new ideas along the way, Parviz always worked with us to make sure those new requests were integrated into the project and any concerns were promptly addressed.

One great aspect of the project was the team of various sub-contractors. Our remodel involved electrical work, re-painting, epoxy flooring, and custom cabinetry, and we interacted with the different teams both directly and through Parviz. They all did excellent work and went the extra mile for us to get the details and finishing touches just right. We really appreciated the care they put into their craft! In the end, we got our dream garage, exactly as we had imagined it, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
