Had a service call in Canyon Country for heat maintenance. Emmanuel came out, found a couple of weak capacitors, and replaced them on the spot. Super friendly, professional, and provided great service. Highly recommend!

The technician, Richard B. was excellent. He was very polite and professional. He did the maintenance service on my HVAC system for the heater. He explained what he did after he was finished. I felt like he knew what he was doing, and I only want experienced professionals to service my heater and air conditioner.

A/c stopped working on a 100+ degree day. Ray’s Service had me up and running within 24 hours. Professional. Honest. Quick. Explained everything to me. I even joined their annual membership as it’s worth it for peace of mind.

Another great and kind service from Ray’s. Pablo rerouted the AC condensation drainage pipe to my new system so I could use this attic loft ladder! The new system is incredible. I had it installed in the fall.

I needed to replace my air conditioning. After checking around, I got 3 good recommendations for Ray's. Chris came out to inspect my unit. He was very friendly, respectful, thorough and gave me some great options with very reasonable prices. I ended up getting a heat tube and air conditioning unit.
The installers arrived the next day and was able to replace everything in one day. The work crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jake was especially helpful and a great all around guy. He installed my smart thermostat and discovered attic ac vents that I didn't know I had. Isaiah was also great. The team cleaned everything up before leaving. The next day Anthony came by to finish the details and he was also a great guy.
The whole experience from dealing with the office to the on site workers was very positive.
This is a great company that does great work very efficiently. I highly recommend this company for ac and heat work.

Emmanuel was excellent. He was professional, competent, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the part on his truck, and completed the repair promptly. He exceeded expectations.

I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Rays and they have been the most thorough technicians I have dealt with.
It all started when our upstairs A/C unit would not turn on outside and hot air was blowing out of our vents. Super Tech Chris Tucker arrived and was able to find and replace the issue with the unit.
We have had parts of our units replaced as they are very old, but in recent years, something just seemed off. The house was hotter and the upstairs unit could never get below 81/82 degrees and never shut off due to not being able to reach temperature. Allergies in my household has gotten worse as well.
When Aaron Sanchez arrived, he checked all the units and really couldn’t find a reason for the issues we were having. Being the outstanding tech he is, continued searching until he found the problem. The main intake was separated duct going to the unit.
The Tech Wizard Team of Isiah and William came in and spent two days replacing the entire duct system in our attic. Isiah continuously informed us about the progress and what the next steps would be. When the job was complete, they cleaned the area expertly.
As of now, I have been very pleased with the results of their work. The house has felt more comfortable, and I will continue to trust Rays Cooling and Heating with all my home A/C needs. A big Thank You to Whitney for answering all my questions and being very responsive.

I purchased a brand-new Bosch Heat Pump condenser and a new Goodman Furnace for a dual fuel set up for my home. I cannot express how extremely satisfied I was with their service. We recently moved to Santa Clarita and looked for a local company to work with. One factor I considered whenever choosing a company to work with is their relationship with the manufacturers. As I know it goes a long way for warranty service and repair. I cannot express enough how satisfied I was. There appears to be a minor issue with the new Goodman Furnace, Chris (Owner) went above and beyond, in diagnosing and resolving the issue. At one point, Chris came with a representative from the manufacturer to troubleshoot. That alone shows how excellent their relationship with the manufacturer is. My furnace was faulty and replaced with a brand-new unit, covered by warranty. I very much appreciated how patient, honest, professional, and the willingness Chris showed to resolve the issue. I appreciate how they communicate with their clients. Very responsive. I highly recommend this company.

Jacob did a great job. I would have him come back. He had some suggestions for surge protectors which seems like good idea.

Daryl called ahead to alert me with ETA. He found the issue with the heating system, fixed it, explained everything so I could understand, l look forward to seeing him in 6 mo. for the a/c. I am satisfied with the service.
