We worked with Julia on our bathroom/kitchen remodel (about 4years ago) and now on our outdoor bath project. She is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Once we described the look we were going for she had excellent ideas and simplified the process by directing us towards the options that best fit our design. She was easy to work with and respondly promptly to any questions we had. She helped us stay within our budget and never tried to upsell anything. She knew we wanted function as well as design and did not steer us wrong. Theres nothing like supporting a local business that is passionate about what they do and provides quality products and service at a reasonable price.

I wish I could give ten out of five stars to this amazing store. Julia and John at Plumbed Elegance have exceeded even the highest level of service one could ask for. They provided all the fixtures for my remodel TEN years ago and still readily helped resolve a new shower valve issue! I was unable to locate the parts myself so I reached out to them. Within days, Julia had contacted the manufacturer and the parts were being shipped to my house. Not only did this save me time, but also a significant amount of money, as the plumber said he could only order two whole new valves. If you live anywhere in the Bay Area, I wouldn't use anyone other than Plumbed Elegance for your projects. They can help you find the perfect fixtures, and you can be assured they'll be there for you for years to come. Trust me, it will be worth the drive! I live over the hill from them, over 30 miles away, and still would consider using another store. Thanks again John and Julia! You are amazing to work with!

We have been so pleased with all the products we have gotten here. Jon and Julia do an amazing job to educate you about what you are purchasing and how to maintain it. We appreciate that they are so dedicated to carrying high quality products and the customer service they provide.

I have recently renewed my interaction with Julia, after ~15 years at former location, and find her more knowledgeable, with an abundance of information and options for me and my wife who are in the initial stages of planning a bath remodel.
After visiting several bath/plumbing shops in the area, this is the one we will return too for advice and products.
For anyone considering a bath remodel, definitely stop by and review your thoughts with Julia!

The sales rep. we tried to deal with spent so much time selling that she never bothered to ask what we wanted. Despite the fact that we told her we did not need a new toilet, kitchen sink and whatever else she was pushing, she continued trying. There is a definite need for career guidance. I DID NOT CONFUSE YOU WITH ANOTHER SHOWROOM AND I STAND BY MY REVIEW!
